Property was quiet, away from town center so you can sleep without cars honking all night. Big room. Adults only, so no screaming children waking me up. Refillable water and small fridge in room. Merida is safe so don’t feel worried walking around. You can take blue bus from airport for 45mxn to second stop and walk 2-3 blocks to hotel, it’s just as nice or nicer than taxi.
For price I paid should have a coffee maker in room and breakfast should be included. No hot water but hard to come by in Mexico.

Posizione ottimale per girovagare a Merida. Distributore di acqua fredda, ambiente e calda, molto utile. Personale cortese.
Letto comodo.

Daily room service and make up. Friendly staff.
No coffee maker in the room. Most rooms do not have a refrigerator.

Beautiful aesthetic. Very cute house. My standard suite is like three story high inside. Clean pool.
I wish there was more natural light in my room! When I booked the picture shows a balcony and a room on the third floor, but I ended up having a room on the first floor, which is fine. But those rooms on the first floor have only the door but no windows. Thank God the lights are good. The pool has a 6 pm closing time, which doesn't make a lot of sense since the sun can really makes swimming unbearable in the daytime.

The Casona las Tres Marias is a really cute property in the heart of el Centro historico. Very well situated, great staff, beautiful rooms (I was on the second floor) with all the amenities you want.
I solo travel, and felt at home.
The staff was really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.
The walls are a little thin, so it does happen that you hear noises. But nothing that really bothered me.

Beautiful old Mexican style property. Big room, super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom w/ big walking shower. Pool was nice to cool off. Location is great for walking around the city and still quiet while in the property.
No windows in the room we stayed in.

Super little hotel, perfect location to the main square, Santa Ana and street 47 where we discovered some fab eateries. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were great and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee by the pool in the morning.

Large and clean rooms just outside of the city hubbub. Comfortable bed with plush pillows. Double paned windows allowed for a very quiet sleeping experience in my room on the 3rd floor. There was a pool downstairs that was nice to look at but I never saw anyone swim in it and didn't go in myself. Lacks a bit of charm that you see at other hotels in the area but nevertheless was a good stay.
Staff was nice but didn't do anything to go above and beyond or make me feel at home. I'm not sure if there was a breakfast? There was coffee and white bread each morning downstairs but it was pretty basic.

The hotel is well located on the edge of Meridas Historic Center, so everything you need is just a short walk away and it is not on a busy street, so you will get some good sleep.
The staff is absolutely brilliant! Very kind people, that helped us out a lot.
We stayed for 10 days in total and had great time.
Keep in mind that the pool is very small. If you plan to spend a lot of time in and at the pool, this is probably not the place for you.

Lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Location was also excellent and not too noisy. Just around the corner you have excellent little bars and restaurants to enjoy.
Overall it was a great stay. Only comment is that there is no car park, so you have to pay extra to have secure parking at a different facility, which is a short walk away, so not too bad.

Our room was the one with the private pool. It was great, even though we did not used because it was kind of cold weather when we got there, but it was still great being out in your private back yard taking pictures and having your cocktail's. Room was super clean and spacious.
Maybe warm water in the pool for windy or colder days.
