This is the second time I have been here in the last 4 years, in one of their triple rooms, and was given the exact same room, 311 on both occassions. Their air conditioner went hot 4 years ago, and it went hot once again this year in the middle of the night. If you've ever been to Merida, Yucatan, you know how hot it can get in the middle of July. Exact same problem, A/C freezes up. Left the hotel for the day and was promised another triple room when I got back. We came back and were lied to that the people in the other triple room had extended their stay and were offered the same room 311 once again, and they mentioned the A/C was fixed. I know they lied about the people extending in the other triple room because at the end of an argument, they budged and gave it to me, saying the manager had finally approved the change of rooms. Never will I stay in this hotel ever again. I do not recommend you stay here if you want to be comfortable with your family.

staff were nice. the location was good, close to the center and close to paseo de Montejo. next to a Main Street of Merida ( av. Itzaes)
the one thing I didn’t like was that there was no hot water in my room.

We liked the PAINTINGS on the walls.
Pool was ok
Parking was bad.
Being notified that my CONFIRMATION was dependent on "AVAILABILITY" !!!!
THREE controls given to me at check-in. 2 for the TV ( 1 control was old and used and had trouble working.)
Bathroom commode would not FLUSH, they did fix it.
Bathroom needs a new coat of paint
Bathroom mirror was stained and ugly
Only 2 towels were given to us....no towel for your hands and no towel for bathroom floor nor the pool.

The price was ok but the room smelled very bad, smelled humid, curtains had humidity and fungus, the walls on the bathroom had black fungus spots all over, old building, the fridge was in veryyy bd condition, dirty as well. I couldn't sleep because of the smell.
Never coming to this hotel again sorry.

The old Spanish influence was nice and the pool was beautiful when it was open.
We did not have Air conditioning despite multiple attempts from maintenance. The tv didn’t work and the pool was closed one of the two days we stayed. The bathroom curtain was dirty and molded and the hotel overall was not clean.

Location
I booked a room with kitchenette and did not receive what I paid for. Not even a coffee maker in the room.Plus I was charged more than what I was quoted on app. There is no wifi in the room either.

The shower washer pressure.
Room seems old, bed was super old and in bad shape, TV half screen was bad, wc did not flushed properly, first room they gave me bathroom had a lik and was full of water

The beds were super comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. The bathroom was great.
The room has a weird smell and it didn't have engough blankets. The days we stayed it was chilled.
3.0
Beautiful relaxing pool/pool area. Easy access (by car) to airport.
The shower was decrepit and I felt like the floor would fall through. Terrible odors near toilet, and lingering cigarette smoke smell elsewhere. Bed and linens were very poor quality. Plastic cracklings mattress cover. The fan was broken. The AC was old and flew dust, possibly even mold out when on. I instantly felt allergic reaction when it was on. Only one bedside power outlet so you have to choose between the lamp or phone charger. Saw a cockroach skitter under bed. Lots of mosquitos in room. No food within walkable distance. Right off of a super busy street.
