all good
3.1
Central location
There was tea and coffee provided
They stayed till late to make sure I got in
Communication before check in
Has WiFi.
Location is Oxford city centre
There is very expensive paid for parking nearby.
Terrible sleep due to industrial fans next to rooms due to adjacent property which went off every 30 minutes day and night.
The room smelt damp and that did not change
Shower pressure average to weak
Stayed for work and sleep was poor.
Single glazed so nothing to insulate from the noise.
3.1
Location and facility are available nearby, it's within the city center.
Cleanliness of the room for example: the cups and spoon was not cleaned and even the toilet area was pretty old.
3.1
Cleanliness and vicinity to the train station.
Unstable Wi-Fi.

The location was brilliant and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Where to start? I was in room 5 - the basin in the bathroom had drainage problems, ended up brushing teeth in the shower. Would have reported it to reception - but I only saw a staff member once on the morning I checked out. (There are no staff ANYWHERE). The shower door in room 5 also jams - which I found out on night one when I couldn’t open it. Luckily it only took me 4 mins to pry it open with an ear-ring. LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN. Next - it’s very noisy with a pub across the road generating noise until 2am, and street noises picking up at 5am. (Ear-plugs will help). Finally - and this is a just a heads up. Your rooms aren’t serviced while you’re there (well it wasn’t during my 4 days) which means rubbish isn’t emptied, tea caddies aren’t refilled etc. So take surplus rubbish for a walk.

The room was perfectly adequate for our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located for walking from the train station and around Oxford.
There was a bar and a commercial garbage processing facility directly across the road from the hotel. Some late-night party noise and early morning commercial garbage truck noise in the street right outside our room.

Hotel was clean enough, can tell it's not "professionally" cleaned but for a 3* it's what you expect. Location was fantastic, right in the center but that meant the downfall was the noise.
Constant noise which wasn't the hotels fault but from around 6am. Companies emptying the 5+ big biffa bins that were opposite our room in the other building, the pub next door getting their beer delivery. It sounded like we were in the middle of a construction site from 6am-10pm when we left.
3.1
close to theatre and centre of city
requires a little tic
3.1
Great location, close to the coach station and the New Theatre. The bed was very comfortable.
Very noisy both inside and outside.
Comparatively expensive and not the cleanest place.
3.1
Great location and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.
It was quite noisy due to other guests as well as the street. Unavoidable due to the location
3.1
spacious room, good location
Smell of spicy food everywhere, stairs without elevator and it's not explained anywhere visible, poor Wifi service almost non existent, no 24 hour help and the number they gave was never answered
3.1
I like the location of the room and the room.
The things I don't like are not to clean, especially the sofa beside the bed was so dirty, just look like they collect from the main rubbish bin, i won't be dear seat there. But the rest are good.

Central location, interesting area.
Early morning noise (delivery lorries)

We have stayed there before and this time we had the same room, which was clean and comfy.
From 11pm through to 6am - the people above were screaming / banging / shouting. It was a male and female.
it was very frightening. We tried the front of desk telephone number, but no-one answered. They kept us awake until 6am.
We had to be out of our room at 11am, as we were being picked up. VERY TIRED!!!

Location
Poor decorating and in need of refurbishment. The floorboards in the room above were creaky and the person in the room came in late, woke us and walked around for ages.
The TV antenna did not work so no TV and no staff in the Inn to help.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Good value. Great central location.
No elevator.

close to everything.
Our room was next door to the backstage of New Theatre Oxford, this was very handy - however, they were packing up a stage/show until 1/2am and it was extremely noisy. and although it’s not the hotels fault they maybe should chat with the theatre and have some agreement on noise level after a certain time.
Street lights directly outside both windows and really thin curtains… SP the room was very bright all night - blackout curtains would be useful.

Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Great location.
Could do with updating and through clean
3.1
Located right in the center of Oxford, couldn't be better placed. The room was small for two people, but ok for a couple of nights. The owner and his staff were exceptional - very helpful, and allowed us to store our luggage in their basement as needed. The beds were very comfortable - and everything was clean.
It was not quiet - trucks unload for the open air market 4 days/week right outside the hotel, starting very early morning. The room was quite small; it's a listed building, so they couldn't put in double glazing windows, therefore noise and heat/cold are not conrolled.
3.1
Location was great, comfortable beds, clean room, helpful staff
Loud at night, Collecting keys was a bit confusing
3.1
The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and also the bathroom was great!
No lift, the guy at the reception did not offered to help me bring my heavy luggage upstairs (I was at the second floor). A bit noisy during the night as there is a pub nearby.
