The flat was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning was cooling very well and the flat was in a very good location! Will try to rent it again, next time, for sure!

we liked it!! nothing really bad to mention. host was kind, helpful (very) all the time.

great location. walking distance to train station. very convenient to go to airport and/or to the city. safe.

although the property security system was ok and the owner/host do not have nothing to do with it, somehow my family (daughters)felt certain nervousness walking at the neighbourhood (probably due the dirty of streets). just very few places around to go for lunch or dinner.

Ponte Galeria station is very near and there are only 2 stops to Fiumicino airport

The check in is very late, at 4pm and they were în late with one one, it was exhausting for us to wait

Don’t stay here

it was near a train station and close to the airport.

Toilet seat was broken so you couldn’t sit when you used the toilet. Garbage was left in the hallway, in front of the front door the entire time we were there. Mold was growing in the shower, the wifi didn’t work for us, neither did several plugs on the apartment and the front vehicle gate didn’t work when we arrived. Also the apartment doors don’t have deadbolts or any way to secure them from the inside.

Great location if you’re looking for a close solution to the airport. A two minute walk to the train station to the airport. Very helpful host. Clean apartment.

No elevator, it was difficult for us with a baby (and wasn’t written anywhere). Old apartment, gas doesn’t work, uncomfortable bed. Nothing to do outside the apartment, only a supermarket at a walking distance.

Didn’t get to stay

Owner accepted our reservation and stated on confirmation page that they will us instructions on how to access the property as they have an online registration requirement, a code for the lockbox and a gate code to get into property, however they never sent them. No one answered our multiple calls, messages or emails over many hours. No one was at the property to greet us and it was a very isolated and dark location. We waited outside the property while booking.com tried over and over again to get in touch with them. They finally answered after at 4:30am. They apologized but then immediately marked us a no show and charged us the full amount. Booking.com was kind enough to find us another hotel near by.

Good place to stay for a small family

Nice apartment, has everything you need. Close to the regional railway station, trains every 20 mins on working days and 30mins on holidays. Rome metropolitan tickets are valid. You can reach Rome city centre in 20 to 30mins. Parking is narrow but secure. Has air conditioning and heating. EuroSpin grocery super market is at walkable distance, smaller shops also available. Airport and Beach are closer to this apartment.

Kitchen area was a bit small , a bit more space was expected.

The place is decent, clean, but very modest. There is a train station and big supermarket in the close proximity.

The terrace is very spacious and comfortable.

The flat is a bit smaller than on the pictures, high chairs in the living room very uncomfortable, dishes also very limited, but we were not cooking so it was ok. Only one set of clean towels for a stay of 7 days.

it was exactly what we needed. convenient and close to airport. ate at the restaurant next door, very lovely staff.

Very convenient to metro station (2 minute walk) and airport )2 stops away).

no issues with anything! Hot shower, comfortable beds. Wonderful helpful host.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and fairly well equipped. There was good water pressure, hot shower, and good supply of kitchen equipment.

There were difficulties with gaining access, as some of the electronic systems were not working perfectly. Host did respond with text messages to provide means of access, but it was a 'rough beginning"

Easy to get to from the airport... We chose not to go into the centre of Rome and it suited us.
