Good location for access to Rome.
We went for breakfast at 8:30am (1 hour before breakfast finished) and there was nothing left! The staff did not bring out any new food. All of the hot food, pastries and meats/cheese were gone. Do not book breakfast at this hotel.
The staff were extremely rude. Every time we entered the hotel the staff did not speak or even smile at us. We felt very uncomfortable.
Our towels were taken to be cleaned and not returned. We did not have any towels after the first day.

I mobili nuovissimi.

Best place to stay away from rome. Has car parking free. Rooms were neat and clean

Nothing
Everything, soo dirty and bad management. Breakfast was not nice. We saw some animal inside the hotel, couldn’t tell what exactly it was.

Hotel room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Hot cold water 24/7. Fresh linen provided daily. Very good location. Quite near to Bus stop and Metro station. Reception staff very cooperative. Arranged my taxi to airport on request.
Mattress was old and not much comfortable. No tea coffee in room. No toiletries, only hand wash. Elevator is kind of scary.

The room was ok, kinda clean, beadsheets and towels clean. The bathroom needs some improvements, but all in all was ok. I think they were renovating the hotel because the hallways were very dirty and dusty and there were workers since the morning doing stuff on the hallways. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything from the other rooms or from the hallways and there is a hospital nearby so there are ambulances passing very often day or night. All in all was ok, the guys from the reception were very helpful and after all we just needed a place to sleep, but price/quality it does not worth it at all. The hotel is positioned at the edge of the city, it has a metro station and bus station right in front of it, but it will take about 40 min to 60 min to get to the center of Rome. You need to change multiple metro stations and buses. There is no line going directly in the center.

The location, you have the subway station in the corner, Torre Spatacca, so you can go to the Rome center, do your visit at the museums and vatican city and return to the hotel in the night.
One station before of Torre Spatacca station, in Alessandrino station there is a Carrefour Express. Also walking like 350 mts from the hotel there is a cafeteria and the restaurant Plagia e Fieno, a great place to eat pizza, pasta and wine for the house.
The room was big, very comfortable, there was a refrigerator if you want to keep some food or drink cool, the bathroom was very clean an big.
The staff were very kind, always help you with any problem or issue, they scheduled our taxi to go to the airport. The coffee is very good too.
Well, there was only one night that other guest arrived at 3am, and because the wall are very thin, we hear them, thw problem is that you hear everything, even if the other guest use the bathroom.
This scenario only ocurred once, the other nights we didn't have any problems.
But in general all our stay was perfect

24hour CHECK-IN and location just next to the metro station. We spent here 2 nights and we liked especially the kind approach of the night receptionist. (We had a problem with our room after arrival and he was willing to offer us a different one - of course we were lucky there was another room empty.)
We were disappointed especialy with the hotel maintenance which was visible for the first sight - floor in common areas (reception, stais, corridors) was literally covered with dust so you could see footprints on it and beaten paths made by guests; as well as it was dirty under the beds. There was really strong odor in our first room so we asked for changing the room (successfully) and dirty unchanged table setting in breakfast area. We slept here for 2 nights and most of the time we spent in the city itself, so the hotel was just the place where to sleep. Regardless these, due to the photos, we expected the hotel to be nicer and more comfortable. It doesn´t have to be new-furnished, but still, it can be adjusted in better way.

For me was enough breakfast, but in general it’s very poor.
Very bad isolation for sound and cigarettes smoke. I woke up early morning because cigarettes smell. My windows were above internal yard where everyone smoke just beside door. I had asthma attack. I think I got the worst position room in all hotel.
Early morning in hotel started renovation work. At 10:47 one employee ask me to leave the room because they want to work there. Even the check out time was mentioned between 11:00-11:30

Great if you are staying for a few days. Its a bit remote from city center but metro station is near the hotel and you can be at the Colosium in 25-30 minutes.
Used up inventory but it is expected for a low budget 3* hotel. Overall its ok.

Staff was friendly and the room was kept very clean, incl. new towels and sheets.
The hotel hasn't been updated for some time so we faced some issues with the bathroom sink and drain which wasn't very pleasant. At the beginning of our stay we were missing the AC control and when we got one the AC did not work very well (it got fixed later).
3.5
Basic room but clean and comfy bed and air conditioning Breakfast was ok, did the job. The metro station is literally next door so that was very handy and the price was good.
Apart from breakfast it had no option for coffee or food, no bar or facilities at all . The metro is handy but still around 25 mins to San Giovanni and then it's another metro or two to get into city center so can still take 40 - 60 mins to get to city center.
4.0
Great staff always available to assist in any way possible. Room cleaned every day; bathroom had all I needed; breakfast usual assortment cereals; breads, juices, meats and cheese; a nice touch breakfast room was pleasant. Elevator was small but that's not unusual in European hotels.
The TV did not have any English speaking stations, which was a disappointment. The hotel is located away from the major train station Termini, changing train stations could be a challenge.
