No Wi-Fi in our room.

hot showers, clean facilities & nice tents

We loved the ambience of the grounds, with the well kept and beautiful gardens as well as fun spent with the giant chess board:) The staff were very friendly ,the meal prices were reasonable and the wifi accessibly very good. There is also a lovely little souvenir shop on site.
The fish ponds water level was very low. Headboards for the beds would be useful in the deluxe tents to prevent pillows sliding off.
4.5
The food at bar was great plus view and wildlife.

We loved this place. We stayed here the first two nights when we arrived to Kenya and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect after a long journey. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has a beautiful garden. It is a very child friendly place and we are definitely coming back next time we're visiting Nairobi.

Super relaxing and calm oasis in the middle of Nairobi. Friendly staff and amazing facilities - the hot shower was so needed !!
The food was good but I would have liked a few more local dishes on the menu!

Breakfast was great. Excellent choices.
All good

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good.
The light in the tent was not bright enough for me. But was not a problem, I just sat at the resturant.

Garden is very nice and spacious with lots of lovely trees and plants.Restuarant area overlooks a large pond with lots of birdlife and a nice swimming pool.
Food is very good and the cook and waiter are very friendly.
Rooms were nice with comfortable beds.
You can hear the bypass but is a minor distraction.

This place was exceptional. We’d been on safari for 2 weeks so this place was an absolute oasis. The gardens were spectacular and the pool and restaurant were very tranquil. We stayed in the twin tent and must say it was most comfortable and clean. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. I don’t know why anyone would stay in a small hotel in the city for same price as here. Amazing.
The restaurant could have more options.
2.5
The location was super for urban Nairobi. The tent was small without facilitairs. No shower no toilet. We changed to a better tent for a higher price. The breakfast was very poor. I had to pay extra for a slice of beacon! The transport from AirPort to lodge was very poor for a high price!
The transport from AirPort to lodge was poor. Very little space in a very old car for a high price. The driver was difficult to find at the AirPort!
4.5
The beautiful tents and yummy food!
I had to leave
4.5
Great environment and food.
The wifi is only available at the restaurant and the beds are very hard

I loved the infinity pool, the solar lightning, cleanliness, and size of the bathrooms despite them being shared.
The menu, especially breakfast, should be improved from the current and eggs option.
The shared bathrooms were far from the room. The menu options are too limited.
4.5
The management has been very reactive to our complain and found a quick solution. The breakfast is good and the place is overall just peaceful and we highly recommend that place.
The "shared bathroom" is in reality a common bathroom to share with more than 30 other travellers.

Beautiful setting and nice pool. Everything is clean and beds are comfortable
Restaurant is very expensive and slow. Reception not very helpful.
Water only sold in plastic bottles

Great oasis in Nairobi, cottages and tents in a beautiful garden setting with pool

Really lovely atmosphere, relaxed place out of Nairobi but also found enough solo travellers during my stay for dinners together.
4.5
a very peaceful place in the busy city of Nairobi. we stayed here 2 times and would come again.
3.5
The place is well kept
The food for breakfast was very limited and kitchen staff can not process any slight change request

nice setting, clean tents and nice people. the shop had the cheapest prices we've seen and were a great basis to haggle on the market. one of their items was 10x cheaper than at another store. the staff super nice. we needed to get a birthday cake and they organized everything we just had to collect and pay. the recommendation of the Tin roof was excellent, too and we had great value dinner at night. we all enjoyed our stay there. best place to be in Nairobi
no mosquito nets but there weren't many in the room

beautiful surroundings and lovely staff really made this a great place to start our adventure. I’ve stayed here a few times now and it never really disappoints. you always feel safe here and it’s very near the elephant orphanage/ giraffe centre/ giraffe manor and easy enough to get to Nairobi national park from here. the birds and garden are lush and lovely. great place for short stays to start or finish your journey.
the road nearby early in the morning and dogs barking at night made sleeping a bit difficult at times. the wifi didn’t work in the tent we were in but we suspect a router reset would have set it straight. we weren’t there long enough to request this and the wifi was great in the lounge/restaurant area.
3.5
Facilities
Food especially breakfast. Too low options
