Private, quiet location in a safe neighborhood. Felt safe jogging each morning. It is convenient to take different routes. Close to downtown. Simple and had everything we needed. I liked the quiet mornings when we had serious work plans to complete. It was a great place to allow us to focus.
Just a minimal thing, Coffee frenchpress was dirty. I use one daily so I know to take it apart to clean. A fry pan was also worn with caked on burnt residue. So we just adjusted to use a pot onstead. Only cooked one light breakfast there. Other than that, the place was clean and had things we needed, easy to find, and very private.

Quiet, comfortable, clean. So close to downtown and yet so very private and secluded. Everything you need to have a little breakfast (grocery store not to far away) 'at home' and then move on to meetings or leisure throughout the day. As I was in town to attend a conference but am also quite introverted this amazing place provided a refuge to recharge my batteries each night.
No full length mirror, which kind of made me crazy as I got ready for a professional conference. Also, I'm short (only 5'2") the mirror above the bathroom sink was high and I needed the stepstool (they had in the house) to look in just to apply make-up or brush my hair.

Location is excellent. Place is aesthetically pleasing.
Alley entry is not very inviting, but I understand may not be easy to fix. Couch is uncomfortable. Heating system makes sleeping mezzanine very hot while bottom remains cold.

Beautiful little cottage in the suburbs on edge of downtown Boise - only a 15 min walk into the centre of town.

The bed was so comfy and the pillows like clouds. The space was immaculate and beautiful. I would rave about everything but have a word limit. Overall a fantastic property!

it would have been perfect on a summer night… the home was very cute and clean with a fire pit out sidr
the heater turned all the way up kept the loft warm… below the loft was about 60 degrees… my children didn’t want to use the restroom because how cold it was:( poorly insulated.

clean, well equipped.
Instructions, directions were poor, even wrong address given. Getting correct code for lockbox was not clear, spent 45 minutes trying to find the place including corresponding to property manager to get lockbox code. Cold, heat barely kept up.

This was so cute. I loved everything about it. We saved a little money by walking to the corner store and picking up some drinks and stuff to barbecue back at the house. The bed was in the loft was very comfortable and had a nice van up there so if you feel a little stuffy just being in the loft it was nice having that fan available. It’s in a very nice neighborhood I could just imagine the all fall colors and all the trees changing. That would be a perfect time of year to visit.
The house behind us had very large windows open most of the time so when you were outside by the fire pit or barbecuing you didn’t feel like you had much privacy. It would be nice if there was a privacy wall maybe just a half wall some thing to just break up the yards a little bit. And most times at Airbnb’s there is some coffee and there was no coffee , creamer anything so we had to go fetch that in the morning because we didn’t realize there wasn’t any there.

The house itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect size and amenities for 3 adults.
Either there was no A/C or it was impossible to find. It was 100 in Boise during the duration of our stay, and despite the fans that were provided it was uncomfortable.

Everything! This tiny home is a gem. We want to return to Boise just so we can stay there. This home is not the typical "tiny house" on wheels that is the size and shape of a mobile home. It is a beautifully converted garage with quality furnishings throughout. The loft bed was super comfortable. If you don't want to climb the ladder to the loft bed, the sofa pulls out into a bed.
The key box was a little fiddly, but we figured it out. We found the instructions for that sort of box *after* we figured it out.
