Nice location, nice team, nice breakfast... rest :-((((((
Fake painting, bar closing at 11 pm, small room in regard to the price paid... pictures look exceptionnel, really way different... we don't get what we should for the price paid.... way to expansive...

Free Minibar ist eher sehr schwach bestückt, zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser, zwei kleine Bier!

It was clean and close to everything.
Valet parking is a joke; appeals to the fragile male egos, yet it takes ages for them to get your car. While they park it in the public garage behind the building. And on top, they charge 50 Euros for 1 night (the garage is 25 maximum). On addressing this, they took a week to answer, they said they will refund 25 in 8 (!) weeks. So much for premium service.
The bar/restaurant was closed, for guests. Not for random Germans walking in. As they had some sort of booking I guess. Bars and restaurants around are...well, holiday-resort style.

Location. Historic Building. Large rooms.
Overall it was a good place to stay.
Noisy because it is in the old town, although most are Brits making the noise, but very lively.
Difficult to find the hotel by foot, Google directs you through a church.
To get out of YOUR OWN ROOM, you need to speak German. There is a button to unlock the door, "Tur Offnen"! So how am I supposed to understand that? Do we all have to learn German to stay in a German hotel to get out of the room?

I am very satisfied with the service, especially the front desk. After checking into the room, we saw a small issues, they were quickly resolved by upgrading us within just 5 minutes
The Rolls-Royce shuttle service can only be used for half an hour at a cost of 200 euros, LOL too expensive🤭

It was like staying the night in a museum. The property was located in a beautiful setting. Even strolling through the hallways is a treat.
Also, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delightful! Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast great. Location great. Paid in advance for supreme apartment. Did not get that when checked in. Said they were full. I had my reservation paid in advance and did not get what I paid for. Also I had paid for breakfast included and had to pay separate because they said I did not have it included. Put us in room that was already occupied and then moved us to a room that was unacceptable. After hour of complaint finally moved us to another room. It still was not what paid for. Otherwise good hotel.
Giving us the room we paid for in advance.

location - ambiance - staff attentiveness.
bathroom light - with partially open glass door there was no way not to wake up if someone was using the bathroom.

Very spacous rooms with a lovely outlook over Menai inlet. Period settings throughout with multiple sitting areas and fire places. And well maintained gardens to wonder through.

The location was okay for the Christmas market
After 1 shower we both got sick, the shower was not cleaned enough so after our stay we had to go to the hospital for a lung infection. When I told the guy at the reception he looked at me and said “so what do you want me to do about it”.
