All the key codes were very confusing and actually stressful.

Location was good. Nice to have bottle of wine in fridge after hassle of finding the place and getting in.
Bed was not very nice- seemed small, as did the room, and pillows were terrible - old synthetic and flat. I agree with previous guest Delphine that the directions to the property garage were confusing. We eventually had to be helped by some residents. It would help to be told that the garage entrance is actually on the side of Puffin House and nowhere near Murre House. Yes the markings for the parking bays need to be made more visible. Like Delphine we also had to rely on a resident for the code to the gate to exit for bridge to beach. While we knew from photos that there would be no sea view, we did not expect no view at all! The hedge was very overgrown and unsightly and this also restricted air flow into the property which was very stuffy while the weather was so hot at the start of our stay. Finally the outside area was very dirty and I also had to clean off the table and chairs before I could use them.

Location was superb. Apartment was spacious and the free secure parking was a good incentive to book apartment.

The location quiet area close to the quay, near a quiet beach. Beach towels provided, although one of them was dirty!
The bedroom and balcony. The shower although very dated and old but had good pressure.
The snacks and bottle of white wine in the fridge on arrival. The fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The secure garage and residence.
£280 per night for an apartment with no sea view and in need of renovation is a bit excessive.
Having to pick up the keys from a completely different location in the town centre of Poole, who gave us wrong directions to get to the apartment's garage, the instructions said to turn right to Stone Close (and the garage is on your right) when it is, in fact, turn left (and the garage is on your right) so we drove around for about 15 minutes back and forth trying to locate the garage. Once in the garage, the parking space's number is unreadable so it took us a further 5 minutes to locate it, we had to get out of the car and walk the whole area to be able to find the letters for the correct parking space, it is quite dark in there.
Also no instruction on how to open the small gate to access the path to the beach, yes you need a code if you want to leave the residence area (to the left of the building), we were lucky enough to bump into a neighbor who was getting back into our building, who kindly unveiled to us what the code to the small gate was; on looking back at our instructions, there were nothing on how to open that small gate.
So in total we lost about 1 hour of our short stay trying to figure these out, which could have so easily been avoided with better instructions, not a big deal but causing unnecessary stress.
Sticky toffee or fudge glued to the drawer in the bedroom, spent 10 minutes trying to clean this, along with the rest of the drawers before putting my clothes in.
Some dirty plates in the cupboard. Dirty tea towel hanging on the oven. Dirty seats on the balcony, that I had to wash before using.
So we probably would not stay there again, mainly due to the lack of a sea view and the state of the facilities.
We did book at the last minute so will try and find somewhere better next time.

Location was great easy to get to and from and roads very accessible for everywhere outside Poole. Very Quiet loved the underground parking. Comfortable bed and spacious lounge kitchen area. Kitchen area was a bit small but enough space if you don't want to cook complicated meals.
No DVD player even though it was stated there was one. For us no problem as we brought our own.

The location was very good for us, easy to walk to Poole Quay and the town centre. We were delighted to find the welcome pack and the bottle of wine in the fridge.
Took us a while to work out that the underground carpark was the undercroft to several of the blocks of flats. The pedestrian entrance is also quite difficult to find and perhaps there should be clearer instructions.
