amazing environment, staff and size of the room.
first night was great, but second night there is a family moved in upstairs. The noisy of walking running was terrible. Talked to the reception, the noise reduced. there were plenty rooms available during the weekdays, should not place a family with kids upstairs then.

Parklands always has a beautiful, cottage/home feel to it. This was our second stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was quick and nice. We always come home feeling relaxed and enjoy the local cafes and restaurants too. The fireplace was lovely also, as the weather was quite cool.
When we arrived in the room there was no toilet paper and the bathroom had a couple hairs left in it from the previous person. On our second day after the room was cleaned out, the bed was not really made properly and they took our towels but didn't replace them, so we had to call for more.
I did feel the previous owners demonstrated excellence more consistently with their standards, service and what they offered.
The rooms would also be great with netflix or some kind of entertainment system on the tv's. For the amount we paid I was not as satisfied this time around with the overall stay.

the loft, the garden, the location
Breakfast below the claimed high standard; ongoing construction for 3 new pavilions nowhere mentioned, access to the loft via the Terrasse of a garden suit -> not a own access. evening actions on a calm site.

Grounds are beautiful, loft overlooking the garden had a lovely feel to it. Lots of walks and lookouts close by.

Cean, comfortable and modern
The room was missing a full length mirror. We were attending a wedding and we’re not able to view a full length of outfit choices.

Poor staff communication.

The breakfast was really great, and the scenery in the lounge room is so beautiful :) And the fireplace is working, which makes the room so comfortable.
The room is not very clean, some of the appliances like the coffee capsule machine have dust on the surface. And there is almost no signal inside the room, although they provided free wifi.

Breakfast on our first morning was ALaCarte and was excellent and on the second morning was a buffet and was very good. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The fireplace in our room was wonderful!
While the room was clean, it was a little dusty. The view from the room was onto the carpark and wasn't very pleasant. That said, it did get morning sun which was lovely as the weather was cold.

every detail was classy and thought out. the team were lovely and you could tell they love their job as it was felt through their service.
we were in a bottom floor cabin. I was woken by people walking around the top floor at 2.30 in the morning. it was quite loud and gave me a scare.
4.5 / 5.0
Not sure the room was vaccume cleaned because there were dirts on the floor. Also noticed the toilet was not cleaned on our 2nd day.

Very nice loft room with fireplace.
Bed was a bit lumpy
