The premises surrounded by restaurant, mini-mart, rental bike so it's comfortable to stay in Siem Reap. Friendly staff.

Location great, but language a huge barrier. Very little English spoken, confused messages. If an international hotel a range of languages should be available.
Lack of being understood due to language. Lack of facilities, no hand towels, face washes, asked for both, we don’t do? was the answer. Breakfast terrible, went once then out in the street for breakfast. No maps of town available, how to work TV ? No instructions, only Cambodian anyway so no use to us.

clean, well air conditioned rooms. 3 large beds in our 3 bed room. great location in town near pub street, shopping, 7/11, ATM. our hote driver was great picking up/dropping off at airport in Van and touring Angkor Wat and other temples by Tuk Tuk. great value
breakfast could have been better/hotter

A fabulous hotel, close to the tourist center, but far enough away that you dont hear people music or cars from your spaceous room.
The staff could not be more delightful and helpful.
i will definitely stay here again
that there were some communication issues at the begginng.

Helpful staff.
The lighting, TV, air-conditioning is controlled via a panel that is outdated and hard to understand.

Excellent hotel close to Pub Street. Cozy and large rooms. Many breakfast choiches.
Good value for money.
Very friendly and nice staff (a special thanks to Sam and Sophary for their suggestions (balloon trip was amazing) and help in buying bus tickets.
And last but not least the roof swimming pool is wonderful.

The facilities were ok, but restaurant closes at 5 and there are no drinks or any snacks available. It’s expensive for what is offered. Nonetheless, location is very good.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at Cheathata CTS Hotel, staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is only a 1 minute walk to the night market, it is a shame it was closed when I was there due to covid-19.
It is only a 5 minute walk to Pub Street, I can recommend a visit to the Red Piano bar/restaurant.
I would definitely return if/when I return to Siem Reap.
The only problem I had was the road outside the hotel is in a bad state, not a fault of the hotel.
3.5
The location for me was great.
The size of the room was very large with big bed sofa and desk
The Receptionist short changed me by a $1, but apologised when I pointed it out.
She probably could do with some training in customer relations.
While Happy to tell me how to use the TV remote control(TV not working)
Was very blunt when a friend came to visit in the morning. Jockingly I said this is my massage lady(she is actually).
Got a sharp response cannot have massage lady come in, Hotel has massage lady.
I lost the plot and said she is my friend.....cometo visit.
There was/is a way better way to handle these situations.
The room had a bath with a showerhead attachment badly positioned. (design fault)
Turning on the shower with shower in place flooded the floor.
I expected some reason for the low room rate($19) sure enough it was due to construction noise from 7am to 5pm. Sounded like someone wanting to knock my wall down. But very peaceful in the evening.
The Hotel is a larger hotel and suffers the corporate inflexibility. Staff generally are doing their best and are smiling
1.5
Hotel, Staff, facilities, breakfast were all good
The most DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE was due to BED BUGS in the room.
We didnt realise that there were bed bugs the first night and thought the itching was due to mosquito bites from the streets the first evening. It was only on the 2nd night that we realised that we were being feasted on. It was a very creepy and unhygienic experience. I had to come back.home and wash every piece of cloth in my bag whether new, unused or used in hot water. Also my shoes and bags had to be kept under the sun for 3 days. I am still hoping that I havent carried any of these back.home.
