Convenient and comfortable.

Comfortable bed, quiet, convenient location.

Cleanliness was only average, very spartan decor, no carpet on floor. But , once I got used to that, it ended up being a very comfortable and convenient stay. The cleaning staff were very helpful but the facility needs love.

Very disappointing

Room 14. We were awake all night with a motor, (which seemed to be right next to our room) turning on for 6 seconds, off for 10 seconds, on for 6 seconds, off for 10 seconds ALL NIGHT! During the day it did not bother us, but at night when everything else is silent, it is terrible! We had travelled 460km Friday and had the return trip of 460 km to do Saturday. We were hoping for a decent sleep overnight, which did not happen! As you might appreciate, people who are travelling need a good sleep and it is putting people in a very dangerous position. I think it was daylight robbery to charge people for this room! We have stayed with Ashwood motel before without complaint, but this was terrible!!!

The building, although it is old, is kept very clean, shower is hot and it was very quiet considering it is located on a

For us it was convenient , handy location to the places that we had to be

There was no full size ironing board, only a small table top one and we had flown from Queensland to attend a funeral so it was quite difficult to press my husband’s suit. No dishwashing liquid or dish cloth and I presumes we are expected to wash our dishes that we used

Good location & lovely pool but a tad noisy

The location is fabulous, the pool was wonderful & the bed very comfy. The unit was nice & clean and the staff friendly & helpful. We cannot wait to stay again when the Rsl is completed as it looks amazing.

The units are very thin walled' & the family beside us, for 2 of our 3 nights, were very noisy with little to no consideration of their neighbours throughtout the day or late at night. We've stayed here in the past on a number of occasions & unfortunately the issue with the noise isn't new. Maybe a bit of added insulation would help? The convenience of the location & vacancies being available make up for it, but it does take the shine off a lovely stay.

Good location, comfortable bed

Close to public transport, shopping and groceries. Bed was comfortable, range of pillows to choose from. I liked that the bathroom now comes with a small hair dryer.

The toilet was recently used and had not been cleaned. Can be noisy at times. Wear earplugs if you're easily disturbed at night.

Very enjoyable, non intrusive and close to everything I required.

The room was very clean and tidy. Daily room service was excellent. Well appointed and had everything I needed.

Clean, comfortable, good for short stays

All staff were super friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issue with the microwave very quickly and with no fuss. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Fit for purpose.

Wear earplugs if you're bothered by noise, as it can get noisy. Some grim left in the shower is really the only negative comment I have about the room and facilities.

our room was noisy from trucks on hill pool was empty when arrived while doing repairs and ac filters were dirty and we cleaned them could do with a renovation due to age turned the track lights on and was still dark in room

The room had to be aired because of over welming smell of cleaning product. Good to know that the room was clean but has to sleep with door part open.
