Good parking
This was the worst booking I've ever made on this platform! I arrived late and was quickly ushered to my room only to find that the lock on the sliding window was broken and the door was lacking a method of locking from the inside (i.e. a chain or deadlock). Being a single female traveller with a young child I did not feel very safe in this room as two other men were staying in the same part of the guest house as I was (the host was in another building) and I asked to moved to a room with a locking door and window. I was given another room with a locking window, but still no lock on the door. As I was getting ready to settle down one of the men staying there started messing around with the fireplace outside of my room and pulled a smouldering log out of the fireplace which caused the log to pop and shattered into several pieces on the floor and filled the main room and my bedroom with smoke. After witnessing the unsafe handling of the fireplace I decided to leave as I don't think that the accomodation meets safety regulations and asked for a refund from the host, which I was denied because of "their lower rates". No need to say that I was very unhappy with the whole ordeal...

The farmhouse is exactly what it should be,a place out in the bush that’s nice and quiet with a couple of chooks. The farmhouse I think is perfect if you like a little peace and quiet, lovelly place here with some lovelly Peaple.
I want moreanimals! I might have a word with Jesse the manager about some goats,or a cow,or some more chickens….

Happy welcome. Clean and cosy.
Could have had some spare pillows

Peaceful, tranquil location; close to Gosford and Somersby
Musty smell from the windows not being well sealed; and a noisy person in the next room!

I recently stayed at this farm guest house and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming groundsman, Jesse. The overall presentation of the place was nice and clean, with a well-kept kitchen and bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the effort put into keeping the place clean and presentable.
There were a couple of things that detracted from my experience. The smell of bleach was quite strong and off-putting, and the soap in the bathroom and kitchen had been watered down, which was disappointing. While these were small issues, they did impact my overall impression of the stay. The oven and microwave and oven were dirty and not suitable for use. Also, the WiFi was not visible, so I couldn’t use the internet or password. I had zero internet reception, so WiFi would’ve been ideal. I hope that the hotel takes this feedback on board for future guests.

I was thrown away from the amazing support of the manager Jesse and had an amazing time with the guys Andy and Brad.
Covid check in everyday
1.5m distances
Masks on
And most importantly Jesse will check if you are negative before allowing you in the home.

Was close to my job site house is big and spacious and bed was comfortable
The house is a little tacky and could probably do with a fresh coat of paint and there was an odor to the house that I didn't like other then that everything was really good

Location is quiet and dark, out in the bush.
Price is good
Location is quiet and dark, out in the bush. Little to no lighting if you arrive late.
Shared bathroom had some mould, wasn't too clean, wet floor mats.
The house has 4 rooms, two of the rooms are occupied by permanent residents. The house has a bit of an odd smell.

I liked the small portable heater, bed comfy liked the extra blanket.
When I was lost someone helped me.
I liked the self in fridge, containers and draws in bathroom for specific rooms for longer stays.
I felt a bit worried as I was on my own and did not know the house, etc where toilet or bathroom was.
I locked my door all night

Quiet, spacious, everything was labelled (even the space in the fridge for the different rooms), made everything so easy. At night it’s a bit dark and cold but love the feeling of being in a farm and the quietness of the place. The place has wifi and even Netflix on TV. The place is old, but clean which to me is key. I’d stay there again! I recommend it.
Maybe the room needs more ventilation. The smell was of an old place.
