Do not ever stay here.. I hope that our villa has now been deep cleaned.

I liked that the man was nice and apologetic when we had to leave on the second morning because it was disgusting

The villa had a foul mouldy/fishy odour - the heater unit had not been cleaned or serviced for a very long time so was pushing warm dusty air around the room, the bathroom was mouldy and in disrepair, the curtains were mouldy, the fridge was mouldy the window sills were mouldy. I have been trying to get a refund for the last few weeks and after a few phone calls and emails assuring me that I would get my refund I still have no received it and will now be taking this matter further

bed was excellent, room was clean

My Wife washed the plates and cutlery before we used them as they were dirty, the shower door was not fitted correctly, towel rail fell off

The location as it is near Geo science Australia.

There was no cleaning within the 2 weeks we stayed at the accommodation. At least they should have vacuumed the floor.

Close to Canberra - quiet and peaceful

The feel was very much a resort-like feel. It was the perfect size for our group. And coordinating the check-in etc was easy. Great comms by their team

Rooms need refreshing were dated. Holes in lamanex bench tops, timber pulling away from walls in kitchen. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable

Our 4th Visit in 2 years

It's been our 4th visit. It's self contained and spacious. Everything is clean. Fairly close to the city and hospital. Staff are very pleasant and if you run out of anything are anxious to help. A young part time American Receptionist from the Mid-West was exceptional in her help.

The beds could be softer. No towel racks in bathroom to hang towels. The bathroom air extractor didn't work. The solid elements in kitchen weren't hot enough to cook steak.

There was no wi fi. The kitchen was not working and we had to change to another room. The toilet had water running all the time and was very noisy. There was a roach.

Clean, quiet, budget accomodation with great customer service. Found a broken shower head in the villa after checkin & asked reception if they could change oir villa? Yash in reception was great & immediayely came over to transfer us to another villa with proper shower & facilities.

It was a lovely short stay. Very friendly stuff with clean rooms and enough amenities.

Cleanliness. The rooms were clean and well decorated with everything needed. The stuffs were really helpful and friendly as well.

The bathroom structure was weird. Only one bathroom which was inside a room that has two single beds. Very weird combination of architectural design.

1. Access to the single bathroom in a two bed room villas should be common i.e. through living or dining room instead of through one of the bedroom. 2. When beds are for 4 adults then living cum dining room must have at least 4 chairs instead of three.
