3 giorni spensierati in una Cracovia bella e accogliente

Tutto ok. Struttura adeguata con ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Camera pulita e confortevole anche se in un palazzo che richiede manutenzione

W zasadzie tylko spaliśmy i odpoczywaliśmy, ale można było bez problemu przygotować posiłki.

Otrzymaliśmy inny, lepszy i większy apartament w porównaniu z tym z rezerwacji. Lokalizacja obiektu pozwala na dotarcie pieszo zarówno na Starówkę, jak i na Kazimierz. Cicha i spokojna okolica, jest możliwość zaparkowania samochodu (strefa płatnego postoju, za dobę ok. 70 pln). Chętnie skorzystam ponownie.

Good location, polite, friendly staff, all amenities - fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, fan. Clean, fresh bedding, comfortable.

Amazing place. Very close to all the sites, felt very safe.

Rooms were very clean, modern in standard, most appliances are in place to help with the stay

Some rooms had missing ironing facility. Also, maybe get thicker blinds as my room had a very thin, see-through one, and can be very invading when it comes to privacy. Other than that everything was great

Very good for a short stay

The location was very good. Very close to the city center. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was ok as well. I had everything I needed. I was able to check-in very late which was wonderful. The instructions were convoluted but clear, I managed to get in without any issues.

The view form my apartment was lame. It also was a bit loud outside, there were people hanging out. The apartment also didn’t have a stove, a microwave only, so it is not very convenient for a longer stay.

It is an awesome place. Super quiet, lovely garden at the door, close to the old town. We hope we can come back and next time stay for a week.

I was hoping to rest, however it wasn’t possible at all

The location of this place is nice. in general, it’s a good place for staying over.

it was a construction opposite the building. Workers started working at 6 in the morning and finished at 22:00. If you want to sleep normally during your vacation -avoid this place

Good stay, worth the money.

Very good value for the money. Location was perfect with the square being 10 minutes away, grocery shop open 24 hours just on the corner and many electric scooter and bike locations nearby.

4 single beds and one sofa bed very cramped in a total of two rooms including kitchen and bedroom. The beds were quite uncomfortable however, very good for the price it was. Could be great and very affordable stay for groups smaller than 5.

great location. very clean room.

beds were very narrow, only 1 pillow didnt sleep great. There was a problem with the safe and hot water but the staff were great and it ws fixed verty quickly.

Nice apartment close to Rynek

The apartment was clean and really close to the main square. there wasn’t any noise from the busy roads just on the corner. it had everything I needed and the bed slept really well

on the other side of the street they were doing some reconstructions and they were loud from like 7 am

great location, comfortable and good facilities.

No lift so stairs did prove a struggle for one group member who has difficulty walking but was only 1 flight.

I really liked the hotel, the comfortable beds, clean, large and comfortable bathroom. Friendly staff

During my stay, restoration work was carried out in the building opposite my room. they were quite noisy.

Good for the money but nothing to write home about.

Nice and clean room with a nice bathroom and good shower. Working fridge and TV and awesome wi-fi.

The fridge was a little loud and I got a double bed instead of bigger (queen/king size) bed.

Everything was good in this apartment except the heating system

Elegant room, comfortable beds in a historical neighborhood.

Beautiful building on a quiet street. Very close to all historical landmarks, within walking distance. Place was super clean, beds are very comfortable, bed linen and towels are extra clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Grocery store and Zabka(convenience store) are 3 minutes away by walking. Really enjoyed the view from the room through the large window with nice curtains. It felt like stepping into the Krakow of 19th century. People at the reception desk are very polite, friendly and welcoming.

It's a minor thing but water pressure in the shower was a little low, but we managed.
