Short vacay extended

The strategic location n the private parking provided for the guests. Staff very friendly n helpful. Our vacay extended from 1 night to 2 nights stay. Hotel location very close to main attractions & dining restaurants too. No worries at all

Please consider making some serious/necessary changes to the rooms/way of working.

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with the previous reviews. For me, this is not a 8/10 hotel. To start, we arrived in the room, and the bed sheets were stained a lot so I kindly asked the reception if they could be changed. When we came back, the sheets have indeed been changed only to put one even more stained! The manager told us that the sheets were cleaned but it was the laundry chemicals that made it stained like this. However 1) normally laundry chemicals do not stain, on the contrary and 2) even if they do, the stains tend to be white not yellow, 3) I work in housekeeping myself and never would you put bed sheets that dirty (even if they are cleaned because they’ve been washed), you invest and buy new bed sheets because this is clearly not showing your hotel is clean. You only get one opportunity to make a first impression. In addition, the room had a very bad smell. We basically only slept there and escaped it as much as we could. There is a window but it is a fake window meaning you cannot open it to ventilate. Also be aware that the wifi is not great. Sometimes it would work, sometimes nothing would load for ages and it would even disconnect you. I saw a previous review asking to update to a rooter supporting every room, this was clearly not taken into consideration.

Good location, not far to walk to most places

Even though we booked months in advance we were provided with the worst room in the hotel on the bottom floor because we checked in in the afternoon. We booked a room with a city view but because we checked in at about 2pm we didn't get it. We were advised that rooms are allocated to people who check in first not who book earlier. This needs to change to benifot those who book well in advance. Rooms need a revamp, paint is peeling off the walls, doorways are rotten at the base. One pillow was yellow and the other had blood stains on it.

Pleasant and we enjoy our stay there.

Great location with most of the attraction just nearby. The staff was very freindly & helpful, he recommended a lot of good places for food hunting. Plenty of car park space for hotel guests.

The staffs are deserved for a clap for their honesty

We left a box of G brand chocolate in the fridge when we checked out. We immediately called to inform the hotel within an hour we left. The staff insisted that there's nothing in the fridge. We went back to the hotel to check and asked to check on the CCTV. It took time and we left without checking on the CCTV, due to we had another appointment. They called back to us and apologized as they personally checked on the CCTV and one of the staffs took the chocolate and ate few of them. Hotel would like to compensate to us. We went back again to take the chocolate, but we didn't ask for any compensation. We appreciate the honesty of the staffs and the hotel, though the staff at first refused to admit that he/she took the chocolate.

Worst hotel seriously,

The location of the hotel is good 👍

-staff when doing the cleaning was too noisy. - ask for a coffee pack took so long to get back - ask to clean the room tool so long to get back on the status - ask for rm10 just because of the water stain on bed which they can put the bedsheets to wash - already done full booking then again ask deposit rm50 really i donno what is the procedure n all. Worst
