Luxurious. Spacious with access to verandah for evening drinks. Bathroom was exceptional - heated floor, double showerheads, bath, etc.. Views too. Quiet and peaceful.
No coffee machine in the room- pods were there but machine was in the communal kitchen.
No ice in room but generously provided when asked for.

The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good.
The views over the vineyard in autumn we spectacular - especially ay dusk and dawn.
Friendly and helpful staff
The venue is getting a little tired and shabby in places

Nice location, room was well appreciated and lovely views over the vineyard
The mattress was WAY too soft. I know this is a personal preference but this was to the extreme, difficult to even turn over and move.
King size bed option would also be nice with the generous room size.

It’s a beautiful vineyard property with luxurious accommodations. They’ve thought of everything from bathrobes and slippers, heated bathroom flooring, USB ports next to the bed, complimentary umbrellas in the foyer, to a complimentary cellar door experience. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was delicious food in their own restaurant with friendly helpful staff.
Nothing.

We were blessed with gorgeous weather so we were able to fully enjoy our stay by relaxing on the deck and stargazing at night. All the staff were super friendly, and looked after us at the reception, winery tasting and at the restaurant.
We had read some of the complaints about the portable bathrooms, but luckily for us, the newly built bathroom block had just replaced the portable bathroom.
If there was a campfire on our deck for toasting marshmallows and sausages, it would have been perfect!

An unique experience staying in the Safari tent.
The tents are close and we had inconsiderate neighbours 7 am their kids screaming and running around over our decking.

Tranquility, open spaces and fresh air. lovely outlook, great communal space in Heritage , cellar door onsite, restaurant on site . wonderful spacious room and incredible bathroom. Cleanliness great. Staff friendly and helpful .
curtain had a tear and were off their hooks- a minor detail but it matters.
Restaurant being fixed price ( quite costly) limited dining options when sometimes a lighter option is preferred.
11am checkout would be great.
Glass bedroom door ( room 3 ) was open . Security?

Friendly staff. Good car parking. Great host for the wine tasting. Comfy bed.
Restaurant food was overpriced. My partner had duck, which was cooked perfectly, but tasted of nothing. The accompanying vegetables were bland. It needed a pep up of some sort. I ate the gnocchi, which were pappy. 2 entrees, 2 mains a basic bottle of wine came to 218 dollars. Disappointing.
Tent was ok, gravel path outside was a bit like staring at a car park. The 25m walk to the loo in the dark was a trial . The tent was damp in the morning.
Sorry guys, we just didn't get the glamping vibe at all. No glamour, just expensive camping.

The room set up was lovely
There was no champagne in the fridge when there was supposed to be.
It’s a long walk to and from the glamping with luggage when there are golf carts for staff that would be a good option for guests checking in.
Considering the weather was very hot- a little touch such as the air con being on would have been appreciated

cleaning, view
the tents were too close to each other. they should remind guests who to contact if there are people partying after 10pm.
