Ótimo custo benefício

Localização excelente, funcionários simpáticos, quarto confortável. Fica próximo a Monkey Florest e restaurantes bons, e a poucos passos você chega em outros pontos turísticos de Ubud. Tem uma ótima piscina e um jardim de entrada muito lindo.

Almofadas do quarto estavam cheirando mofo.

This was our first time in this beautiful guesthouse, but it will be now our place to go back to every time we come back to Bali. Well central located, yet away from the road noises, amazing big pool, fantastic breakfast! The staff go above and beyond in anything they can do for you! So kind, generous, friendly. My partners shoes broke whilst we were there, and not only they gave him a spare pair, they took his shoes to fix for him and return them the next day!! They also allowed us to use our room until our afternoon pick up for the airport, which was perfect to have a last chill by the pool and a shower before leaving. Thank you Wayan and Alit, and everyone else there for having us staying at your beautiful place, we will definitely be back!

Fantastisch relaxed

Fantastisch. Prachtige tuin waar de bungalow middenin staat. Personeel is zo vriendelijk en heel betrokken. Behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect middenin druk centrum maar zodra je de tuin inloopt merk je er niets meer van.

Prachtig, rustgevend en centraal!

Super gastvrije, lieve mensen! Je waant je in een mooie tempeltuin. Echt een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Ook is de locatie dichtbij alle leuke hotspots van Ubud en er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt!

Excellent! A delightfully, calm sanctuary in bustling Ubud.

Merthayasa Bungalow 2 is fabulous! Large, clean rooms with good air con. The pool is also very clean and the location is in central Ubud with lots of restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was enjoyable too, you can have a selection of pancakes, omelettes, toast and fruit with tea, coffee and juices also available. The family are very welcoming and attentive, I would definitely stay again!

I liked everything about the property. The only notes for fussy people are that the bathroom was dated and there was no mini fridge in the room. Both of these things didn’t bother me though 🙂

Familiär, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr zentrale Lage aber trotzdem super ruhig. In 10 Minuten zum Monkey Forest sowie ins Stadtzentrum. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten Wäsche waschen, sie haben Fahrer für uns organisiert, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zu besichtigen. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und der Pool war gut geeignet, um auch mal ein paar (wenn auch kurze) Bahnen zu schwimmen. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr familiär. Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber.

Peaceful stay in lively Ubud

Great location, so peaceful place, nice pool and surrounding. Stuff is very helpful with everything (renting scooter, laundry, transfer,…). Room is spacious, clean and basic furnished. Breakfast is simple but enough to start a day. If you want be in the middle of Ubud center and have nice&peaceful place to stay, you should book this place.

Good location for exploring ubud

Good quiet location - but close to walk to everywhere Good room size with comfy bed and nice to have outside balcony space to sit. Pool was great!

Fantastiskt rent och mycket vackert med karpar i entrén och mycket annat. Familjen bor där också, så man blir mycket väl omhändertagen. Alit i receptionen fixar allt, utflykter, transfer till Gili mm och är mycket bra på engelska. Ordnade även en födelsedagsfrukost med tårta och blommor till min fru

Didn't have hot water in the shower (was warm enough to cool down after a long day in the sun thoguh) The toilet could have been cleaner

Overall great staff with helpful staff!

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff! Shout out to the very cute puppies! Good breakfast.

The only thing we’d say is that in the room it smelt quite strongly of bleach, and the throw pillows smelt musty. (This is only a small point, would rather these smells than others!)

Lovely, pool was very nice, although rained continuously only down side and did not get to experience this. Wifi was exceptional. Breakfast lovely. Shower nice and hot. Puppies gorgeous!!

Bed linen was nice although maybe another doona or cover. Maybe a room looking out over the pool.

I would recommend this for those backpacking, those that can carry luggage themselves, those who are only looking for a

The location is only few minutes to groceries, restaurants, spa - everything a tourist looks for. Wifi works great. Hot shower is available. The staff were really nice. They prepared breakfast to-go the night before checkout because we had a very early flight.

The property is inside a narrow road which is dark at night, drop off/pickup can be difficult since road is very busy and narrow so cars stopping would cause traffic. The entrance/hallways are very dark too. Not recommended for families travelling with elderly - my mom tripped on the way. The photos were better than actual. We also had difficulties locking the sliding doors. There’s no kettle available so we always had to go to reception to request hot water.

great!

the hosts are so nice and helpful! the property is really well maintained and the swimming pool is clean (and always empty which is awesome). the location is great as it is close to everything but also in a small street which means there is no noise.

improvements: adding a small fridge would be nice and a hair dryer. an additional table or something would have been nice as all my stuff was on the floor. breakfast: why not have a buffet? small size, and cannot choose from a list whatever you want so I was always hungry. the bread is like paper (foreigners do like real bread, not cardboard :-) ). i had some breakfasts outside instead of at the property.

I recommend to stay here if you’re coming to Ubud for a short period of time and you’re looking forward to spend lot of time doing activities and exploring as it is located right in the center of Ubud, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities such as Monkey Forest, Ridge Walk, Ubud Palace & Temple. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area was nice and clean too. We have been in other places around the same price and swimming pools were not look after as this one was. It is a family own business and I can only say they were lovely with us. Very helpful and extremely nice. They will definitely help you with anything you need. Pictures matched our expectations.
