Accommodation set away from the bar so not impacted if it was busy.
Property had A/C and underfloor heating in the bathroom!
Good selection of foods for breakfast
Comfy bed
Only 1 of everything cutlery / kitchen wise - just meant I had to do some washing up! Although no sponge or liquid provided (that I could find!)
4.2
Room had everything we needed
Nice supplies for breakfast
Room was cold and we couldn’t get the air con to work on heater
Room smelt damp

A room with small kitchen set in a small building . It was near a roundabout which gave us an interesting focal point, yet it was a quiet room.
All was good for us .
4.2
Great location
Nothing

The Only negative was the breakfast , I think they where expecting a cooked breakfast and to be fair would of been happy to of paid extra for a cooked breakfast option especially as they had a long day ahead of them so would of been nice to of had that option .
However excellent value for money and we will defiantly book next time we need that area .
The option for a cooked breakfast

Clean room and comfortable bed
Only toiletries was an antibacterial hand wash.
Would have been nice to have at least some shower gel.
4.2
It had everything we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast included and all very clean. 25 min walk to centre of Norwich which was no problem and nice to walk by the river.
4.2
Breakfast was fine. Good selection and plenty of it.
Everything was very clean. Good that an iron and hair dryer were provided. Room was nice and warm
Shower cubicle had a little mould.
4.2
The bathroom smelled of damp, and wasn’t very clean,
4.2
Nice self contained unit - staff were helpful on arrival, free parking was easy to access. No fuss.
Breakfast was sufficient and we liked the Tassimo machine
The Castle is a club and on the Saturday night there was heavy bass noise through to 2am at least. The mattress wasn't great - springs were worn down one side so had to sleep to one side to avoid rolling off!
4.2
Good location. Compact but nice accommodation. Kitchen was a bonus with all appliances that we needed and more. The breakfast provided was perfect. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and clean linen.
The shower cubicle needed a descale on the doors and sealant needed redoing. Otherwise it was clean.
4.2
The apartment is lovely and easy to get to with free parking. Ideal for a short stay in Norwich. The shower was amazing though!
The soya milk provided had expired and there was only 1 roll of loo paper between 2 of us for 1 nights stay. Make sure you bring a sponge for washing up as there was liquid but no sponge. Also there are no toiletries provided except hand wash so make sure you bring your own if you intend to shower there.
4.2
Breakfast! Free parking, room had everything we needed. Not too far from the city so easy to walk in. Easy check in and key card drop off.

Great location
4.2
Location a little outside the centre but an easy 20-30mins into the centre. Pretty walk along the river. Excellent mini kitchen within the accommodation with help yourself breakfast included. Cleanliness excellent and staff very helpful. Would recommend for a stay in Norwich.

Spacious cabin with kitchenette so able to prepare and have breakfast (and any other meal if you wish) whenever. Basic breakfast items were provided which was great and there was a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and sink in corner of the cabin. Very comfortable bed!
Could NOT get the coffee machine to work!!

Clean and quiet
4.2
Very modern and clean
A bit of noise from the club until 2 but nothing too bad
4.2
Clean, everything one would need with parking.
Breakfast was very mediocre in quality, suggest if breakfast available better quality and choice would be much appreciated.
A party at the premises, making a lot of noise going on to at least 2.10 am (at which I rang proprietor and put on air con to hide noise) is just not on.
4.2
Location was good
Room modern and nice
Roomy enough
Restaurant closed
Horrible smell in bathroom
Breakfast only given for one day not 2

Lovely apartment clean comfy bed
4.2
Excellent location and very reasonably priced given what was included.

Accomodation just on the edge of the city with a comfy bed, a really great, powerful shower and a little kitchen area stocked with tea, coffee, porridge, cereals and bread fom the local bakery just up the road. It's situated within walking distance from the cathederal area, along the river, and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. It was clean and tidy and the staff member who greeted us on arrival was very friendly.
The river walk is just over the road and if you want to get a great view over Norwich, a footpath leads straight from the back of the property up to St. James's Hill, which is worth the effort.
We were in apartment no.1 which is on the roadside next to a busy roundabout, so the traffic noise is pretty constant. The double glazing does a reasonable job of blocking out most of the noise but it's not ideal, so if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs along. It's the kind of accomodation that's great to use as a base to explore the city but you might not want to spend lots of downtime in there as it is pretty compact - the bed, although very comfy, does take up virtually all of the space in the main room.

The WiFi and coffee machine
Small loaf bread that had to last 2 days for 2 people for breakfasts, which tasted stale the next day.
Only had hand wash in the bathroom.

Great location and everything you need for a short stay. Nice surprise to have coffee, orange juice and some milk as well as a choice of cereals available.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.Good location for getting to station and town.
Off a roundabout which is under construction so noisy in morning but not The Castle's fault.
4.2

4.2
Good size room but needed coffee table and diner table was okay
Bathroom looked good
Only Crunchy Nuts I liked
TV and sofa.
Breakfast as no tea I ask as didn’t like Yorkshire tea
Wardrobe needs more room as it was quite small for 2 people
4.2
Lovely little unit, with really good facilities. Simple breakfast, which included a loaf of bread from the Ketts Hill bakery was a lovely touch (living away, I miss that!), as was the tassimo machine, milk and OJ.
Whilst the standard is good, some of the paint and fixtures are looking a little tired. An occasional dusting of cobwebs would improve it too.

Reasonable size apartment, well laid out.
Breakfast was self-serve; was expecting a full english cooked by someone else but had toast and cereal. Not sure now if this was clear in the description.
