Struttura in palazzo storico molto ben tenuta, accogliente e in buona posizione.

4.7
The location, the room and the staff.
Very limited choice for breakfast.

Our host was so helpful, the rooms were beautiful .
Nothing

so beautiful - inside and out. we are definitely returning here!
4.7
Nice setting, room was ideal, clean, great pool area
staff in the restaurant were unprofessional, sharp and not friendly
4.7
A fantastic location in the heart of the city. Our view from the bedroom window was of the lovely central old church.
The room was spacious and well equipped. It has a sense of grandeur and was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you might need as well as water in the fridge. We would recommend this to anyone passing through Montepulciano.
Breakfast was across the road at a cute cafe. It was very basic (juice, cappuccino, and one pastry) - could be slightly more substantial
4.7
excellent location, parking as close as possible in a difficult town. Owner met us at the car park, making it very easy. lovely big room in classic traditional building
4.7
The host gave very detailed direction to get the property and helped us with the parking, which is a very short walk to the property. Very spacious inside the room. View out of the window is amazing.
Nothing.

Lovely large room with wonderful views over the Tuscan Hills. Furnishings were beautiful with a very comfortable bed.
Check-in was not particularly clear. A message to bookings would be helpful. Breakfast at this time (February 2023) was at a cafe up the hill. It was only coffee/tea, juice and a croissant. Extras needed to be purchased.

historic building in the city center, reserved parking and access to ZTL, large room, very clean, value for money
breakfast is outside the building

Well kept mid century building decorated with style.
Owner was very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this place.
It's beyond my expectation
I couldn't find anything I don't like

Thé breakfast was at a nearby cafe, which I sat outside of after an early morning walk about the deserted town. Wonderful coffee, corneto, yogurt and juice. Excellent!
Nothing could have been better, except perhaps having electrical outlets near the bed. I knew the building was old (a former notary’s office) and it was exceptionally beautiful, complete with a fresco on ceiling above the bed! I moved the bed slightly and rearranged use of extension cord to be able to plug in my phone to charge it while using it. Maybe if the room had an extra extension cord, I would not have had to rearrange everything, which would be simpler for them after guests depart.

The host went above and beyond. We had an issue with the local taxi driver, and she ensured that we were taken care of. She was amazing and saved the day. What could have been a terrible ending to a nice vacation turned out fine due to her care, concern, and help.
4.7
Location was great - walkable to everything in town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is a joke (sad grocery store pastry and coffee at a 2.1 star rated place nearby). Owner/manager was oddly standoffish which led to some confusing situations. No information was provided about parking, which actually did require specific directions (and is two lots down the hill, not the lot just below).

Location, friendly staff

Location and a beautiful,large room.

The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfy. All necessary appliances are present. Rooms are quiet and AC is provided. Location is fantastic, just minutes walk from all parts of the city.
The breakfast could have been better, but even that was in principle great: coffee, juice and a pastry at a nearby bar. Absolutely fine for us but don't expect a breakfast buffet.

We have been to Montepulciano a few times, but this time revisited with a group of 6. The accommodation is a series of hotel rooms all on one floor, so was ideal for us with 3 rooms close together. We had Room 5, which is an enormous room with even a sofa in there, so we could all gather and look out at the views over a drink before we ventured out. Cinzia is a wonderful host, and is clearly very good at what she does. Beautiful toiletries, comfy bed, and all right in the centre of this gorgeous medieval town.
If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be for you, as you are in the centre of town, and the day starts around 7.30am with rubbish collection etc.

amazing!

The owner was friendly and very responsive. The location was great and the entrance, sitting area and room were large and very beautiful. Also, had a spot to park the car.
It was a bit noisy at night but we knew we were staying in the middle of Montepulciano, so was expecting it. The location is as worth it!

EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! amazing place with amazing atmosphere and host. Thank you so much
4.7
The owner was amazing. Friendly, easy to communicate with, and owns a beautiful property. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a nice way to start the morning. The rooms were huge, the largest of any that we stayed during out 10 days. The bathrooms were well equipped and large. The location is fantastic, at the lower part of the walled City, we enjoyed the walk to the top. Several nearby restaurants adjacent for a bite to eat or Aperol Spritz. Parking is close by (with steps, of course), and easy to find for an historic City.
Our comments here are a reflection of how we prefer to travel, and we knew in advance the details. There is no AC in the rooms, you sleep with the windows open. It's an old building, and beautiful, so we thought we would give it a try. Open windows and the nearby church bell made it difficult to sleep.
