Lovely owners and it was just a cosey stay! loved the area also was so easy to get around :)

Comfortable room although small. We only stayed one night so it was fine for what we wanted. All the facilities we needed and I like the fact we could access the keys from a lock box which made it easier to check in late in an evening. Liked the availability of on street parking. 30 minute walk into the city centre
The room was cold when we arrived although heated up fairly quickly with the 2 fan heaters. Only really space to sleep and shower as very small room but was everything we needed for one nights stay.

The property was just as described. I loved how peaceful and private it is. Well equipped and very comfortable. Ideal for a solo traveller or for a short stay for a couple. Large Lidl supermaket a few minutes walk away and a couple of restaurants/takeaways nearby. Not especially well served by public transport but a flat 25min walk or inexpensive cab ride into the city. Would certainly stay here again.

Location. The street parking convenient. For us being elderly very good to have owner on site easing our lack of door entry skills😊
Nothing it had all we needed for our short stay.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable

Tidiness - isolation - had everything needed
Maybe trying to find the property - but it was well explained

Host was very communicative and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and nicely decorated, with useful touches (fan, tea-making supplies, toiletries &c).

Clean and good value for money

loved the cleanliness of the property and the fact that supplies such as towels, toiletries etc were supplied. The property was easy to find and it gave us everything we needed.
There was a sewage/ drain smell from towards the sink in the kitchen or near the bathroom.

Its a small but sufficient studio, clean, 30 minutes walking distance from city center. Communication with the host is very easy. Free parking in the area.
It’s nice that you have a garden you can use but for me it was a bit strange that you walk through a garden to get to your front door not knowing whether the host itself was living there as well (and thus sharing the garden with you) or random other people.

Clean, well maintained
Has good amenities
Good instructions
Truly 'cosy'
Wifi connectivity
Provided complementary water bottle, tea, coffee, milk biscuits.
Felt a bit of lack of ventilation. Window can be opened but there were some trash boxes outside. Nil else of note.
7.0
Price, communication with landlord, equipment
It was cold place but fortunately an electric heating was prepared there

The apartament its in a nice and quite area. We slept very well.
It was VERY difficult to find the apartment. The owner sent me a link with a photo of the place but it did not work and I arrived at midnight and it was stressfull. The room was also cold. There is not any plug adapter for the europeans. Far from the city center.

the studio is clean and comfortable very private and easy accessible.
got cooking facilities and a good shower very warm everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good communication with the owner.

clean and well presented
for cosy, read small. it was as described but small. access gate to the property would be tricky to find in the dark as plants and cars were concealing it when we arrived in the daylight and had to walk over front lawn to get to it. property entrance is in back garden of house. cracked patio door of property you have to pass to get to the studio apartment gives a poor impression. damp showing on interior walls and bathroom light is hiding at the side of the wardrobe which would be better being replaced by open shelving,

The location was great, and the facilities inside were really good. the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the kitchenette had all the necessary facilities for me.
there didn’t seem to be any way to control the heating. the radiator was on full the whole time, but I assume that the central heating is controlled from the house, by the host. I resorted to turning the electric heater on to warn the room up a bit before going to sleep, but I woke up freezing quite a few times

The host was gave us excellent instructions and we had no problems finding the key on arrival. Our flight was delayed so it was useful to collect keys from the lock box as we did not have to stress about the host waiting for us.

Great location, parking near by, very comfy bed, had everything we needed for an overnight stay. £6 in a cab to the city centre
Would have liked wine glasses
8.0
A very good location (very close to a Lidl, close to a bus stop and only a 30-minute walk from the city centre). The room was easy to access with instructions and had a good amount of amenities (heating, TV, cooker), which is a great deal for its price.
Some of the kitchenware seemed very used and not as clean, while also being very tiny (e.g. the frying pan). The studio is also relatively small in size, so there isn't much room to eat and enjoy your food (if you decide to eat in).
