The location was perfect!!
The shower didn’t work, hot water was too hot then it would dart to cold, stopped working and went round in the same loop.

Near the beach.
Too near the pub so needs double glazing . Woken at 3 and 4 in morning. Room smelt of urine, had to open all windows and buy air fresheners.

Beds and location
It is so noisy, please instead of supplying earplugs maybe invest in some sound proofing your windows

I didn’t stay
It seemed to me that this accommodation was suitable to you get people who get really drunk and pass out in their beds. It was too grubby and noisy for me.

I have never stayed in a hotel where I have had to call the police because of a group of random thugs banging on our window trying to get themselves let into the hotel which they had not booked yet, we then had to manager bang on our door after this and when confronted about it he denied doing so and apologised that someone had knocked on our window and tried to play off that he wasn’t aware of this even though he literally had to tell them to go away, we then went outside for a cigarette after being disturbed at this time (5:30-6am this is by the way) in which the group of lads were still up the top of the road and proceeded to sprint at me and my friend to try and get into the property as we’d opened the door which is when we had to run inside and call the police. when told about this the lad on shift apologised and then said “my shifts over im switching with someone else now he’ll deal with it”.
among this I was also charged a £50 holding fee incase of damages which is the price I paid for the bloody room and it’s apparently “on hold for up to 10 days”!! they took it out my account instantly as a holding fee why can’t they return it!
I think it’s fair to say I will never be coming back and would urge anyone considering this hotel to stay home if it’s the only option I have never been somewhere so unprofessional and in all honesty where I’ve feared for my safety after paying for a facility in my entire life and I strongly urge you not to risk doing the same.

Very expensive for what you get. Pretty dirty and loud.

location good
dirty windows, unhygienic showers.

It was close to the seafront is the only thing going for it.
There is no reception and no human interaction. Everything was done through a computer which was slow in providing check in details and later than was stated in the contract at time of booking. The bed was really uncomfortable, it was in a rowdy location and the facilities were dirty. How booking.com is promoting this, I do not know!!

Booked a single room just for myself and the room was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Fire stick in the TV was easy to set up and the WiFi had a strong connection. Self check-in was easy with just 2 codes sent in the email after confirmation. Plenty of toilet and wash room facilities.
The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit from ice cold to literally scalding hot.. woken up by someone trying to get into the hotel in the early hours and as there are no staff it went on for a while. I don't mind it being in unstaffed but definitely need a way to contact at least someone at all times.

The fan in the room
Bathroom mouldy , noisy, not worth the money ..small room for 3 people

The location is good for beach
The room bathroom, towels (one chucked on the bathroom floor with yellow stains) was dirty and the foam mattress and mattres protector filthy, it was that bad I have taken photos and video for them if there is any dispute, I stayed with a child and although they say on the reviews there is some noise, it doesn't prepare you for the loud music Live band, singing and swearing under the windows to still be going on at 4.
30am, we had no sleep
Also, people from the pub/club next door all standing on the door step and the front door was on latch, oh, and the cost at £99 is way over priced and is up to 15 days for you deposit back which I never had before. Maybe for you if you are there just to party and ruff it, but it's not for children and should stipulate that! Also, might want to clean the banisters, my hand stuck to it.

location
No double glazing so the street noise can be extreme

I liked the colour of the room and how it was simple to follow the instructions to check in ect. Also felt quite homely 😊
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no net curtains for that extra bit of privacy on the the ground floor but wasn't anything to be overly worried about as just kept curtains closed.
