Lovely!

The property was a little apartment with bedroom, bathroom and a little kitchen/diner. It was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for two nights but it would have been suitable for a longer stay. The location was great - close to lots of interesting places, restaurants etc. The bedroom had air-conditioning.

The host has no control over external noise but light sleepers might like to know there was a bit of noise (people enjoying themselves) late at night.

Beautiful romantic appartment

Beautiful romantic appartment with amazing view from balcony. Everything was clean, comfortable and I loved a lot of small details which made appartment so cosy. Sweet traditional treats was a very nice touch. I really like the bedding, so nice and so good quality. I slept like a Queen Location of appartment is perfect, just a short walk to everywhere. Host Valeria was responsing very quicky, check in was very easy and she even help us when we had a questions about transport in Ortigia

Quiet Giudecca location, but had trouble with the stairs.

The rooms are nicely decorated and Valeria was very responsive to all my questions and requests. The location in the Giudecca was quiet and a very short walk to the water and the Piazza del Duomo. I liked the local cookies and bottles of water the owners provided as a welcome.

There was no viable outdoor space and entry to the unit was through a dark, dank hallway. The damp smell sometimes permeated the unit. I was surprised to find that I had to climb a narrow, steep wooden stairway to get to the bedroom/bathroom- not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

couldn’t have asked for more with this apartment!

Loved our stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. we especially loved the location, in the heart of Ortigia. On a quite street, very safe at night. The host equipped the apartment with snack and wine/ water which was a lovely bonus. We would defiantly stay here again!

Very stylish and beautiful apartment in the heart of Ortigia with charming balcony. Spacious bed- room and bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, welcoming hostess Valeria. Just the best to stay!

A little sponge in the kitchen would be very useful for washing the kitchenware.

We would never book with this owner again

The Appartement was clean with modern interior.

Nicht gefallen: very bad because: we got an Appartement different from the one we booked. Instead of city view NO! window. Adress was different and very difficult to reach. We complained without success. The door was very thin. We heard every noise outside in the night. Finally we asked for compensation. Even no response.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely apartment! We even stayed an extra night as we liked it so much. It has everything you may need, even a washing machine. It was very clean! The kitchen is complete and the apartment is decorated with a lot of care. The host was friendly and responded very quickly to questions via whatsapp. The location is great, right in the middle of Ortigia. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable apartment, good sized rooms and very central.

The apartment was easy to find in the centre of Ortigia. The area is full of character and everything is on your doorstep. Communications from Valeria were very good via WhatsApp and included photos of the apartment doors and key pad, (very useful). On arrival there were nice touches such as a bottle of wine and water in the fridge and some small cakes. These were appreciated. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There was a little balcony (no room to sit on), however ideal for light, fresh air and to watch the street life below. The street was quiet in the evenings. The apartment felt very secure. There is a good supermarket, street food and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We walked to and from the apartment from the bus station in Syracuse. It only takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Very manageable walk if you do not have too much luggage. In summary, the apartment was good value for the centre of Ortigia.

Enjoyable beutiful rooms in a great location.

The beds are extremely comfortable, I had not had such a good sleep while traveling before. On the othe hand, the comunicating with the host was sorely good, they were always attenntive, supportive and willing to help us.

Great location. Small but comfortable.

Great location within few minutes of walking distance to tourist attractions. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Room a/c works well.

There’s no blanket, just bed sheets. The single bed is not comfortable for adult. There is no window in the room.

It was great, location is perfect, apartment has everything you really need. Host was helpful. The only negatives: second bed is not comfortable at all and there is not enough daylight since there’s only one small window. But the price was good, so no complains

Fantastic in 2021

I have taken time to read the previous reviews and frankly all issues had been addressed. Everything is perfect and the value for price is among the best I have seen on Booking.com. Fast internet. Extremely clean. Clean towels. Fresh&clean air-con (rare in Sicily) Delicious local pastry as a welcome gift. The location is fantastic - couldn’t be better. The check-in is stress free as the keys are wating for you in the locker. The host, Valeria was very kind.
