Fantastic location to explore the east side of River Derwent i.e. Richmond, Cambridge.
There isn't anything we didn't like

Everything!!
The location in which the accommodation is located is spectacular.
The accommodation itself makes you feel at home, it is very cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast supplies were a plus.
All was perfect.

The location was incredible! Karen is super friendly. Everything is well thought out. I didnt travel with a car- but there is a bus stop close by (infrequent and no service on weekends and public holidays however). Super comfy bed! gorgeous views! It was the most relaxing little spot ever! the breakfast options were great and really helped! I brought all my food with me and prepared it in the cottage. No eateries within walking distance- having a car is a must if you want to travel around and eat out. Also no footpaths almost anywhere outside the city of Hobart. Taxi ride from the airport was +$80 (AUD- but it was a Saturday). All the appliances were in working order. The cottage was as advertised.
Maybe put a sign/note with the booking so guests can keep the volume down for TVs etc- you can hear everything thats going on in the next cottage.

Location was perfect on the banks of the Derwent River, a 15 minute drive into Hobart city.
Breakfast foods were provided for us to use - eggs, bread, butter, spreads, milk, 2choices of cereal, orange juice, fresh fruit.
A new deep bath was a luxury in addition to the shower, and washing machine, dishwasher.
Nothing needs improving - Excellent accommodation!

Nothing we didn’t like

fantastic location, absolutely everything you need, cosy and quiet! only 10 minutes into the city.
A few of tv stations didn’t work due to the age of the tv. but hardly a problem when we spent most of our time exploring!

Sensational location - very picturesque and tranquil. Perfect place to stay, close to Hobart without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Everything supplied was great. Our family who visited were very envious 😁
Perhaps some Milo, or Rooibos teabags (with vanilla) or peppermint tea for a caffeine free drink.

We totally loved our stay at Otago cottage. Everything was exactly as portrayed, plus some. Many many little extras, although not expected were very much appreciated. The location was especially quiet, just 10 minutes from the CBD. Cannot fault this property, I am sure you too will love it.
Nothing at all.

Everything was wonderful, breakfast provisions, outlook and facilities

Beautiful new fully furnished cottage with plenty of space for the whole family. Large kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out every night. Very friendly owner who welcomed us. Worth the 15 min drive into Hobart and close to MONA.

Great spot, right on the water. The photos dont do it justice as it was larger and roomer than first thought.
Fully equipped kitchen.. even with Bacon, eggs and toast in the fridge.

Quiet location right on the river but only 15 minutes to centre of Hobart. Karen and Tim were always there to help but otherwise made it feel like you were the only people there.
Pretty much perfect

The cottage was a perfect getaway in a great location out of the city. It was clean and very nicely decorated that made it feel homely! We loved the big bath and the breakfast provisions.

We loved the location and the area. The cottage was homely and the owner even left us a meal for the first night

The place is warm and cosy for a winter getaway.
Private and peaceful.
Breakfast supplies were great.
Thank you 😊
I left my phone charger plugged in next to the bed, it would have been great if they had posted it back to me. But that's my fault 🙄

Everything was terrific great location and very comfortable. Good breakfast provisions. Didn't meet the hosts. Only thing I would mention, please get a new non stick frypan, provide thicker and softer toilet paper and add another red wine glass. Would certainly recommend the bnb for it's lovely position and quietness. Only a 15 minute drive into centre of Hobart.

The property is amazing in its location and facilities. The cottage itself is stunningly homey and comfortable. Karen and Tim were ever so friendly and full of great local information.
Will definitely be returning when back in Hobart.

It was really nice here and the view was beautiful to wake up to
The only thing that was not great is it was stuffy most nights in the room.
If there were fly screens on the windows we could have opened them to let the air in and that would have sorted it. There were no screens though so we couldn’t not do this
