The staff was pretty friendly, cleaned the room each day and gave a clean set of towels. The room was next to the Bologna metro which was great. It also had a few bus stops around. It's located on the sixth floor but has an old lift that worked most of the time (it broke once when we were there). The AC worked very well and there was warm water in the shower.
The staff had a key to our room and would keep opening it while we left without warning. We would come back to our room completely open and free for anyone to come in. This made us a bit uncomfortable and felt like our things were unsafe in our room (there was no safe box). The toilet was strange and it would make a really loud sound when using it and this also applied to the shower. The toilet would occasionally break which meant the loud sound would go off every few seconds and was worrying as there was a fee of 80 euros if it got clogged. There were a few times that the toilet seemed like it was clogged but we were able to kind of fix the issue ourselves without needing to pay a fee. City tax had to be paid in cash.

We selected the place because it was close to public transport, and were not disappointed - it's well located and reasonably priced.
Would have been great to have been allowed to drop our bags off when we arrived in Rome.

The location was perfect, close to the metro and bus, shops and cafes. The room was clean. The hosts were helpful and kind. I could call them even in the evening. We really liked the view.
The radiator wasnt working at all. We had the AC with heating function, but even the highest temp setting (30 °C) gave you approx 20-21 °C. After 6 pm there was no hot water at all.

Location, facilities
Cockroach in the bathroom.
The treatment was passable...more kindness or friendliness would be nice, the person that received us didn't even say his name when we arrived.

The location is super good, one CONAD supermarket is just near by, it is very close to the metro station, so it is more than perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again.
The water is not very strong, but it is most likely the problem with Rome.

Location was superb.Easily accessible by bus or metro.
Room was clean and breakfast was served.
Angelo was very helpful. He kept our luggage after check out.
We had to wait for 30mins to get the room even after reaching by check in time as the room was not cleaned.
There was lot of smell of smoke which was suffocating to stay.Seems like the guy named Albert who stays at the property used to smoke all day and night which made the room smelly and uncomfortable to stay.
