Wow!

Alt! Super serviceminded personale. En vaktmester som ga alt for å få fikset billaderen! Perfekt renhold. Atmosfære. Utsøkte interiørdetaljer. Deilig seng. Veldig god mat.

Unødvendig støyende musikk i restauranten under middagen.

Alt i alt beger bra opphold og spesielt personalet som var proffe til fingerspissen.

Fantastisk personale og fasiliteter

Noe slitt rom med dusj hode som ikke var festet/regulerer, senger som var nedligget (grop) og litt dårlig rengjøring av bad etc. Menyen og maten i både bar og restaurant var litt skuffende i forhold til kvalitet og utvalg.

Som å bo i ei stor luksushytte👍

Utformingen av bygget. Nærheten til bakken. Godt med sitteplasser i alle etasjer. Aktiviteter innendørs for hele familien.

Organisering av sitteplasser ved frokostserveringen. Litt kaos å finne bord, hver dag i fem dager. Brannberedskap og hvordan ansatte forholder seg til engstelige gjester bør forbedres.

Gennemført ned i mindste detalje.. luksus!!

Stemningen, indretningen, personalet.. værelserne var lækre.. de store åbne pejse.. drinksene.. poolbord, bordtennis, shuffle board, bordfodbold.. alt i lækre materialer.. poolen, både indendørs og udendørs.. så fedt.. jeg blev nødt til at købe en af jeres vidunderlige morgenkåber.. såå lækre.. Restauranten var formidabel.. personalet så søde og servicemindede. Virkelig gennemført sted..

Jeg kunne lide det hele. Men havde håbet at der også var en morgenkåbe og klipklapper til vores barn.. klipklapperne til voksne var meget store.. men ikke noget der var et problem :)

Fijn!

De sfeer is echt heel goed! Het hotel is prachtig ingericht. Bedden heerlijk , restaurant goed en in de lobby veel gezellige zitjes bij diverse open haarden.

De kamers ( de standaard kamer ) zijn wel erg klein. Muziek in lobby en restaurant staan wel serieus hard non-stop!

A very clean hotel with very professional staff.

A great place to stay when it’s raining crazy outside! There are a lot of things to not get bored. We were positively surprised with the breakfast.

Given the general quality of the hotel I was surprised that they weren’t offering a cup of tea or coffee for free.

Cosy, but we had some of issues

Magnificent view, cosy atmosphere inside the hotel, very good breakfast and Italian pizza

We paid 4,000 NOK for 2 nights, when we came to our room the pillows smelled really bad, smells like someone’s feet, moreover when I saw the trash bag wasn’t taken in the bathroom I was a little bit shocked, fridge was also dirty. We didn’t had no discount or refund for that type of things (btw I informed them). Unfortunately the food in a restaurant was also not very delicious like it should be.

Very good

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast.

We were there on honeymoon and so looking forward to a special stay, however the place feels quite impersonal. The resort offers underground parking which would have been great as we had quite a few bags to carry and it rains a lot there, but it needs to be booked in advance - this is obviously fine, but prior warning would have been great as it was fully booked when we asked.

Superb

Stunning property. Truly felt like a luxurious stay. The interiors were 10/10. As an architect, I truly appreciated the perfection in every little detail. The games in the lobby areas were a really good touch, unique pieces. The receptionist was kind enough to offer a free pool pass when she learned it was our first year wedding anniversary! Will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel just needs a few small details to make it a more comfortable stay for its guests. - Include a telephone in the room so we don't have to run to the reception to talk to someone - Include a brochure in every room with all the activities and facilities. It's hard to understand what is available on the property/ at what prices. - More interesting options on the menu for both breakfast and dinner - A kettle and some teabags in the room

Great place to stay - don’t hesitate to book

The reception and bar areas were very comfortable and welcoming. Pizza from the bar and Breakfast were absolutely superb. The choice at breakfast was one of the best I have seen. The hotel is in a very nice area and has great views of the surrounding countryside. I would love to return in the winter.

The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean but furniture maybe a little dated. The bathroom was very clean and very modern with a good shower.

BUT IN GENERAL WE ENJOYED THE STAY

We have enjoyed the nature and the hot pool a lot. We had options to spent time inside the hotel with the games set up in the hotel. Elegant interior and comfortable beds.

Kind of expensive stay was expecting to have free access to the pool area but looks like I was supposed to even make an appointment beforehand. Also speed of service was not so satisfying. It might have been a crowded day on the day we went due to public holiday but waiting in the long queue for breakfast in the morning and waiting long time to be served with the food that we have ordered for dinner and lunch in both upstairs cafe and downstairs bar was a bit frustrating.

Extraordinary experience. The most beautiful hotel I have been to.

I loved the style of the hotel. It js beautifully designed and located. Every detail matters. The spa is amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful. We played games, shuffle board and billard. It was for free. The food was scrumtpuos both in the restaurant and bar (pizza). Very convenient with the ski rental downstairs and access to the lifts.

Maybe the locker room in the spa could be bigger Or better planned. The lockers dont fit big skiing clothes/ shoes. People are changing and others are opening the door. No space to sit. But it was not a big problem for me. If someone stays longer the menu is short so my fiance ended up eating a steak twice because he couldnt’ pick anything else. The advantage was he loved it. We didn’t know How to use the air con. The employee also but he said he will call us back but he didint. Maybe you can add some instruction of it.

A beautiful stay, but staff needs to be trained properly.

Beautiful hotel, loved the interior design and the facilities - was very impressed by the decor and architecture. The pool club is also lovely.

the housekeeping was a disaster - they don't really do the bed and they don't clean the bathroom countertop if you have a toothbrush or cream there - the housekeeping lady said she didn't clean the countertop because she cannot move the toothbrush and cream I had there, for liability purposes? I mean come on, this is an expensive resort for more than 300eur a night, one would expect basic housekeeping practices. the bed was not done properly and when I confronted the housekeeping lady, she said that is how they do the bed! Staff was ok, but not particularly friendly nor impressive. Also, asking people to pay extra to have access to the pool for 3hours is a bit too much - this is supposed to be a resort; which means one should have access to basic facilities like the pool; that put me off.

Pre Christmas holiday

Very comfortable lounge areas to socialize. Perfect facilities for ski equipment storage and preparation. Equipment rental is also available in the hotel. The restaurant is top quality with an amazing layout and view to the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selections were plenty and tasty.

The room on the third floor, underneath the restaurant/kitchen was very noisy. I changed to a room on the first floor which was super quiet and comfortable.

Everything perfect, location, professionalism, simpaty, ski rental, dog sledding, pool club

Maybe the only thing that wasn't perfect is the kitchen, we eat very well but i think that there was a bit too much of ingredients in the dishes and a bit of confused flavors
