Beautiful place! Friendly people!

Pool although small, was amazing ! The hotel looks exactly as beautiful like the pictures !

Wifi was down for a while, but it went back, so it's all goods !

Pas de nettoyage dans les chambres, pas de changement de serviettes durant 7nuits ,la 📺 ne fonctionne pas, et le petit déjeuner qui ne change jamais du beurre artificiel et de la confiture café et thé.

Quand on arrive on a l'impression d'un très joli hôtel, propre, mais au fur et à mesure qu'on le découvre on déchante un peu . Pour le prix très attractif il ne faut pas être trop exigeant. . La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Super resto pas loin le Fat Chow. Un petit conseil pour les taxis qui vous sautent dessus quand vous arrivez à l'aéroport. Je croyais avoir fait une affaire en payant 250 000 RPS soit 15€. (Ils me demandaient 450 000 RPS ). Pour repartir nous avons pris un taxi "bluebird" . Nous avons payé 63000 rps. Télécharger l'appli. Vraiment super.

Salle de bain vieillotte, ampoule au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas. Interrupteur pour la salle de bain fonctionnait une fois sur 4. Les draps étaient douteux. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits nous n'avons jamais vu une femme ( où homme) de ménage. Sans oublier le triste petit déjeuner servi. C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas entretenir cet hôtel. Tous ces désagréments pourraient être évités.

Great Location,Value for money.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, the pool is beautiful, and the Gardens, rooms are reasonably clean. Value for money.

É pena não tratarem deste bonito estabelecimento como deve de ser.

A piscina é o jardim estavam magníficos.

As casas de banho cheiravam mal a televisão não tinha recepção de canais e porta e armário da casa nunca devem de ter sido limpos porque está tudo cheio de calcário. O armário da casa de banho por dentro estava uma desgraça. O que vale é que foi só por uma noite. Pequeno almoço é para esquecer, o café não vale nada mais de rest só pão a manteiga só de um sítio de onde todos tiram . As chávenas, pratos e talheres uma falta de lavagem como deve de ser acho que só escorrem a loiça por água e notasse que está tudo a ficar castanho. É barato sim mas se gostam de higiene e limpeza fujam.

Passable

It's close to the beach and the Kuta city centre. Personnel here is helpful and kind. Online communication was very smooth, they helped us with getting a taxi for the airport in the morning and they also provided us with a nice breakfast to go since we were leaving the hotel at 6 am. These are the only 2 reasons why we're giving this hotel 5 and not a zero (1).

Except for the location and the staff who tried to do their best (if we close both of our eyes.it was a tragedy! Pool water is yellow not clean at all. The beach is close, but it's not the nicest one in Bali to be honest. The rooms need a proper cleaning!!!!!!!!! And the bathroom needs a complete reconstruction! I've never seen something so horrible in a hotel before! It was like a nightmare. We stayed one night, but if we were to stay longer we would run away from this place. My towel had brown spots (big ones!) when we asked the reception for new clean towels we were told that the towels are clean and the dirt is unfortunately washed-in. I don't even have words for that! What do you mean by that?!?! That's the basic of any hotel! A clean towel!!! We got new towels and they were again DIRTY!!! WE FOUND RUBBISH UNDER THE SINK. THE SHOWER IS JUST DISGUSTING! THE TOILET SEAT WAS LIKE FROM SOME RECONSTRUCTION SITE! And after you flush the while room smells like a drain. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! RUN! DON'T BOOK! IT WILL ONLY RUIN YOUR VACATION!!!

The hotel looks very new and nice, and has a good location.

The bedsheets and towels were not washed. Pretty disgusting! After changing the bedsheets the pillows stank like hell

Bad experience. Never again!

As we saw the place from the outside, it was nice and the pool is big though we weren't able to swim. On our last day, they allowed is to pack our breakfast since we have catch our flight back to Manila.

1. The shower drainage and sink are CLOGGED! We reported it but they didnot do anything. 2 There was poops on the sides of toilet bowl. We reported it but they didnot do anything. 3 The conforter and the bed sheets smells spoiled and used. As if they don't change them after every guest. We reported it but they didnot do anything. 4 We requested for hot water but we have to go to the reception area to get one which is far from our room. 5 The locations is terrible. You have to pass theu a narrow street to reach the place. 6 They have a staff there that was drunk the first night we were there. So if you will ask something he didn't borther to answer. 7 If you ha e concern you have to go to the reception area which is a bit far from the room.

Superb

Everything!! I got clean, quiet and comfy room. Pool and outdoor area are clean as well. Spacious parking lot. Nice staff. Coffee or tea and toast for breakfast. About 200K rupiah a night and they serve breakfast, WOW! I can find bar, restaurant, shop and everything near by. Kuta Beach is only 5 mins away by walk. So, it is GREAT acomodation for that price. I will def consider this place for next time I come to Bali.

I have not stayed in this hotel, they are trying to make it look like I stayed to charge my credit card. beware of them I f this is their ethical values. I reached at 2 a.m alone, the narrow road towards the hotel had two stray dogs that prevented me from forwarding and tried to attack me. I contacted the hotel with no response at all so I had to stay in another hotel.

Best swimming pool!

The pool is so nice! The room is spacious. Nice staff! But it's really recommended and worth the price! 💙

After 2 days the bathroom getting smelly. Need put air refresher or parfume there 🙃

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need to be upgraded for the review to be higher. The shower head fell off the wall and there was poor ventilation. There are no TV channels in English. The pool is wonderful and once you walk down a long lane you are right in the middle of the action.

Disappointing

I would never book at this hotel again because of the following issues. First, you can never find this hotel with grep. I don't know why, but even Google Maps doesn't give directions to this hotel properly. Second, the hotel owner and staff are asking too much extra and are very unfriendly.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are modern and in good shape.

Great value

The room is a lot nicer than similar priced hotels in the area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and funny. Great location in the heart of legian, just far enough to be away from the noise. The pool is big, and in a nice setting. I will be staying here next time I visit.

No laundry service. Smell from toilet after you flush, but it goes away quickly. TV needs an Android box for foreigners.

Exceptional

Great new resort. Everything was clean, new. Very comfortible. No issues at all. For this price, it was perfect! Pictures from owner is real, room was exactly as on pictures.

Okay

The pool.

My bedding was dirty and the cover had blood onn the inside. The aircon in room 1 did not cool the room down. The drain in the bathtoom smelled terrible. Breakfast mostly asian eg. Egg and noodles or egg and nasi goreng. Then bread and jam. Watermelon. No milk for coffee. No juice. Only on arrival 2 very small bottles of water.
