5 minutes à pied du Colisée.
Calme.
Table pour déjeuner très petite, à 3 c'est limite.

Really clean and a great location!

The location is great, very close to both A and B subway lines so it's easy to get to, and only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum!
The online concierge was always quick to respond and very helpful if we had any questions.

Great location, clean and nice decor

Very nice and comfortable apartement. Check in was easy all done via phone.
Great location very close to the Colosseum (5-10Min. walk) 2 Metrostations near by.
The walls between the apartements must be very thin. You could hear almost every thing from next door. Also in the mornings there was a lot of noice from the neighbours upstairs.

Great space. Clean and modern.. bed very comfortable.. Nice living and kitchen area and lovely shower. Literally on the doorstep of the colloseum which was amazing and was within walking distance of city centre and major attractions. A great spot..would definitely stay again
Unfortunately no outside space..would really have made it a wonderful apartment. But other than that it was ideal..

We loved everything about our stay in this apartment. It was extremely comfortable, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is great, very close to the colosseum and there's a small Carrefour supermarket next door. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. The building itself is one of those lovely old Italian apartment buildings with high ceilings.
Everything was great.

Location was great, lovely neighborhood, and close to restaurants and walking distance to the Colosseum.

Down the road from the Colosseum. Bus and Metro stop very close. Convenient store a couple of doors down. Bed was very comfy. Very spacious for 2 people.
There was only 1 wine glass - we would have preferred a wine glass each. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear a lot of noise coming from rooms next to us and above us.

Very spacious and good value! Great location! Hosts were very responsive and helpful! So nice to have a working washing machine.
Would have been nice to have laundry soap in the rental so I wouldn’t have to purchase my own.

Very easy self check-in and check-out, large and very comfortable appartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom, perfect location close to the Colosseum
Unfortunately, the neighbours can be heard as the building is quite old

You can literally see the colosseum form the front door of the building! There are two metro stations about 7-10 min walk and the bus stop is right outside!

Check in was easy, with whatsapp communication from before we started our journey to arriving at the apartment. The apartment was large, full working kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining table and a small sofa. Rooms were a decent size with high ceilings and the bed was comfy. When we realised the coffee pods in the kitchen didn’t match the coffee machine, the host provided us with some that did - brilliant service.
Aircon remote could have been made a little more obvious. Bathroom door didn’t shut, there’s a catch lock but still no real privacy. Apartment was noisy (to be expected from an apartment block) with banging and sounds from 7am.

Great location and in a lovely very Roman building full of architectural charm. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed.
The radiator in one of the rooms was on full blast all day and night and we could not find a way to turn this down. Also on our second day a guy turned up to take away all our dirty sheets and told us a cleaner would be there later to replace them but no one arrived so we were left without clean sheets for the rest of our stay!

The location was good in terms of proximity to the tourists attractions like the colosseum however it seemed to be in one of the shady neighbourhoods. We got indoors before dark. It has all the amenities though I would say the place is very small and congested so definitely not a very spacious place. A washing machine would have been a good addition.
The place was a bit shabby with wearing leather on the sofa and the general shape of the furniture. I am just making a comparison to some of the other places that I put up in Italy for a similar price point. Not a very pleasant first look when you get into the apartment. Now this is important - may be we had a one off experience, but we were bothered by the local police in the middle of the night at 2 am for a “control check” as explained by the cops (we didn’t get any more than that because they could only speak Italian). They checked our passports. They literally barged into the bedroom of our apartment to confirm the people staying in our apartment (which included me, my husband and 2 yo son, who was sleeping in the bedroom). Btw due to lack of communication we never understood what the problem was and why bother us. This left us so distressed and sleepless that night that we were forced to check into another hotel next day. I had questions about safety at this property. The property management never formally apologised to us for the whole act and no explanation was ever given to us on why this happened. Only some fake sympathy which meant nothing to me in that situation. Getting a refund for me because of an early check out due to safety issues was a big nightmare for me since I had to follow up with bookings to help me with it. The property management seemed unconcerned with very little sense of customer service.
