Muy limpio. Hermosa zona. Algo lejos del centro pero bien comunicada.

Muy limpio todo. Y tenés lo que necesitás. No llegamos a usar la lavadora que estaba en otro piso. El baño perfecto. Los cerramientos muy eficientes y modernos. La vista hermosa.

Que la calefacción se prenda recién a las 17. Igual tenés el aire acondicionado pero no me gusta a mí personalmente. La decoración algo fría pero es cuestión de gustos.

We had a great time in Rome and the accommodation overall was excellent

Very good location great restaurants in the area, the apartment was spacious and secure

There was a problem with the toilet continually running, (needs maintenance) the kitchen had no room to store breakfast supplies and did not supply basics like tea, coffee, salt, pepper oil etc.

Das Appartment ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gepflegte Einrichtung und liegt unweit von Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man von sowohl per Metro die Sehenswürdigkeiten anfahren öder auch zu Fuß. Zu Sehen gibt's immer was in Rom. Das Appartment hat eine gute Größe für ein vierköpfige Familie. Anna, die Concierge des Appartements hat uns alle wichtigen und Wissenswerte Details über das Appartement erklärt!

Clean spacious apartment in a quiet area close to Termini

Area is quiet, very little traffic on the surrounding streets and there's a supermarket very near by. Close to station. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Hosts were friendly, helpful and available. There's a nice little courtyard to sit outside. We stayed for a week inand would certainly recommend it.

I liked this apartment and felt very comfortable and safe in the area.

Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen, es war für unsere Zwecke ideal!

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat angenehme Betten. Die Gastgeberin Anna hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Die Lage war nicht ganz so zentral, wie wir uns vorgestellt hatten, aber trotzdem prima. Ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten.

Great Stay in Rome.

Great location, great sized apartment, very convenient and comfortable.

The Wifi wasn't great, it would constantly connect and then disconnect which was inconvenient. The wifi did not cover the whole apartment, so using wifi in the kitchen would not work.

Brilliant location

Amazing location walkable to all attractions. Also Terimini train station is a 7 min walk which was brilliant when it was too hot to walk around. Plenty of towels for the days we were there. Air conditioning was Just brilliant too.

Perfect way to see Rome!

We landed late (thanks RyanAir) at night, and about 2 hours later than we'd even expected. It was super easy for the taxi to find, the codes that I had been sent through worked perfectly so that I could find the keys to the room. The location was perfect, it was a shortish walk to the Trevi Fountain, easy to get to the train station (even if we did uber everywhere as I had my Mum with us). Overall, of our 3 week trip to Europe, we still talk about how good the rooms (and the shower) in Rome were!

This apartment is simply stunning! It is centrally located in a beautiful building with top-notch finishing. It felt like a 5-star hotel with awesome service. There are air-conditioning in each bedroom as well as living room. The hosts were very responsive and caring. Thank you for an amazing stay !

Nice apartment. A little far out from attractions.

Location was a little far out. Air conditioning was too loud we couldn’t sleep. Not enough hand soap and toilet roll.

Everything was efficiently set up and very clean. The AC was exceptional during a heat wave. We really liked and enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were warm and communication was great. There is a great place for lunch just around the corner and other conveniences that were mentioned by other reviewers.

There were a couple of things that are more a matter of personal preference than anything negative - the bed is firm and the space is very modern and minimalist. I would also advise confirming which apartment you’re staying in prior, as there appear to be a few in the building.

This was a very functional apartment in that it was really well equiped for a short stay, paper towel, garbage bags, good linen and towels along with a large bedroom, walk in clothes storage, good double sound insulation on the bedroom. It was extremely clean, and close to good eating places and supermarket.
