Apartamento GENIAL en Roma

Esta genial. Sobre todo muy limpio y cómodo, al menos para 4 personas. Para patearte Roma desde bien temprano, se agradece llegar por la noche a un sitio en el que poder ducharse y descansar tranquilamente. Te dejan café, azúcar, productos de limpieza y un armario lleno de sábanas, toallas, almohadas … súper completo.

No hay nada que no me gustara. Lo único por decir algo, le falta un tostador, pero bien solucionado con la sartén para hacer las tostaditas de la mañana.

Basic amenities requires improvement!

Toilets without LOCKS Body wash liquids do not have holders, they are grounded in one of the corners of the bath area. After entering the room, floor areas were found wet, be prepared to mop it yourself Bed spreads used were not properly washed, patches of gummy dirt found Lift doesn’t work unless you do some shakes for it lock and function Checkin process are online. There is no reception, everything happens over What’sapp

location is 5 minute walk to the Termini

The door was a little challenging to open, but it was fine once we figured it out.

An OK choice for a brief stay near the Termini Station

It was a good sized space for my family of five. I felt secure with the outer door lock and large lock on the door. They let us store our bags there early before officially checking in.

It’s in a run down area and not easy to find. We could not get the TV to work. No breakfast.

Perfect location for leisure. Very cozy place, you feel at home.

Perfect location-to arrive from the airport, to walk or using public transport. The kitchen had everything you needed, including spices. Very kind and responsive host. Helped us to surprise our girlfriend.

Great Trip to Rome - Nice property

Excellent property, friendly staff and the location was great for transport

The lock on the downstairs front door was tricky to open. Streets are littered with rubbish all around the property. Living area quite small for 5 people

Perfect

Host is extremely helpful. Communication was excellent and fluent. After my request he even bought feeding chair for a baby. Nice apartment, 5 min walk from Termini, 2 bathrooms. Great place for a family.

Superb

The apartment was clean, secure and located very close to the train station. The host was very accomadating by allowing us to leave our luggage inside the apartment before normal check in time. Good place for a short stay.

Some family members felt hesitant to venture out in the neighborhood after dark.

Central location with 2 bathrooms

It’s Rome so the apartment was small but so nice to have 2 bathrooms. The host let us drop off luggage in the morning and come back later to occupy the apartment. There is a great bakery just across the street and Massawa restaurant a little farther down. And it is close to several train stations, including the regional train.

My only complaint is that one day the key didn’t work. Apparently the mechanics got broken and we couldn’t get back inside. We called the owner and within a couple hours we got back inside. We didn’t miss any planned activities but it was awful being locked out on a hot August day. Luckily it had great air conditioning when we got back inside.

Great place to stay in Rome. Near Termini Station, with all needed amenities inside. Comfortable beds and enough space to fit 5-6 people.

Pleasant

The location is very good - short walk from train station. Building is secure. Short walk to many landmarks. Close to nice restaurants. Very good sized bedrooms.

The water system broke down totally on the last day of 4 days meaning we could not shower, wash clothes or flush the toilet. This was not good. Living room/kitchen are very small.

he asked to checkout at 10 am, no bathroom accessories, not much clean, not proper hot water, no kitchen accessories (very few and not quality one). even we entered as new guests but they didnt change the bed sheets...towels are very old and rough as the time of booking its mentioned only few hundred meters from main attractions but its more than 30 minutes walk...
