Very good

The weather wasn't the best, so inside of the flat it was a bit cold, since the floor was all tiles and the windows were very small, which makes sense when it is hot outside. So just fyi that it could be a bit cooler

amazing view but y have to have a good condition - 200 steps to get the apartment but it’s worth it because of view!!

Beautiful view from terrazze :)))) Amazing contact with host, great navigation to the apartament and a lot of good advice how to spend a perfect time in Amalfi:)) Highly recommended !! ;)))

Live like a local in the hillside of Amalfi

Live like a local in the heart of Amalfi! The host, JP, was incredibly detailed during our check in process and provided several recommendations and pictures to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. The unit was exactly as described, including the ascent to the apartment nestled among the picturesque hill-top of the town. He was even able to assist with parking our car, which was a smooth and seamless process as well. This is the perfect retreat for adventurous couples who want an authentic Italian coastal experience.

If you can't climb stairs, heed the advice of the listing and don't rent this unit.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view

This property was perfect to enjoy 5 days in the Amalfi Coast. Its very comfortable and has everything you need. including air conditioning which is a must in the middle of summer. thank you to JP for all of your suggestions

Fantasic property. Unfriendly host.

The location was fantastic with amazing views.

The property was perfect. However, on our first night our flight was delayed meaning we couldn’t check in during the check in window. The owner was very unco-operative, not empathetic and at one point wanted to cancel the entire booking. He did not appreciate our situation.

Cute location in one of the most beautiful places in the world

The location was gorgeous and everything needed was there. Only tiny downside was the bed matras. I felt the springs a little bit, but everything else was gorgeous and well taken care off. Some people don't like the many steps, but that is just the way Amalfi is and it is one of the most beautiful idyllic places in the world.

Just the bed, but it was okay enough for a few days.

Quiet location with nice view, but very high up the mountain

Nice view. quiet. suitable for a family (kichinette included)

The location was very far from the main road, at the end of hundreds of stairsteps. Pretty exhausting to climb them at the end of a day. No breakfast. No windows from the room to admire the view. Quite misleading photos on booking.com.

a beautiful stay in a beautiful location

Loved the property, the apartment was clean and the location was perfect !!! JP could not be more helpful throughout our stay too he was brilliant.

make sure you are fit to climb the steps to the apartment!

To sum up it was really good choice to stay.

The view from terrace was amazing. A lot of steps to get in!

Not super clean, handles were sticky, in the bathroom we found tooth paste stains.

Stay here just for the view and the people!

Beautiful view from a nice apartment in Amalfi. The owners were just amazing, so helpful and friendly. They were always on hand to help us and were just lovely people. The apartment was comfortable, with a double bed and sofa bed - which was quite comfy, as sofa beds go (keep in mind I’m over 6ft and had no problem!).

The only downside for me was that the apartment is fairly small and dark with low ceilings, I hit my head in the bathroom on the beams a few times as I’m tall. Not a massive issue though as in a beautiful town like Amalfi you aren’t there to spend your entire time in your apartment anyway!

JP is very good host, so it was very comfortable staying in this apartments. the location is great.

keep in mind that there are a lot of steps between parking/beach/city center and flat, but you may use elevator

Very good

Nice apartments hosted by amazingly helpfull JP. good introduction to amalfi. We even got homemade pasta because they were so sorry we were there when the weather was really bad.

Amalfi was definitely worth the trip!

Spatious House. Powerful heating / aircon. Very clean. Very helpful host.

Some missing or misleading information on the website: - No mention of the rather strenuous access as the appartment is about 200 stair steps above Amalfi. - The great view as shown on the website is only theoretical - there is no direct view from inside of the appartment nor from the seating area on the terrace

Perfect hideaway in the hills

It's the perfect place to get a real sense of Amalfi, away from the madding crowds but a minute away from the town center. The apartment is really comfortable with beautiful views over the city, and JP is great. Seriously, go to his store and get some of his designs, because they're beautiful!

Everything was fantastic. Keep in mind that while there are steps to get to the flat, there is also an elevator that JP indicated, and it made the walk super easy. Plus, you get the chance to take in some spectacular views!

Exceptional

Great host, always ready to help and give advice. 7 min walk from Main Street. To get to apartment first you need to pass 250 steps, good workout. Amazing views. Apartment is coming with all dishes so easy you can do breakfast or lunch. Supermarket is 5 min walk. Good value for price!
