Never a five star property.

Location

The entrance to the apartment was confronting. I now know the reason why no exterior shots of the property were on the Booking . Com website.

Great but something needs attention

I love the property. Fully equipped and great location, very near to everything.

That it’s on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Me and my boyfriend had a hard time with our luggage and there was vacuum noise that woke us up at around 7-8am. Internet is also unstable - we had to reset every now and then.

Location was amazing. Only 7-8 minutes from train station. Walkable to the station and many eateries close by.

A good experience to explore Bath

I liked the decor and the touches of tea, coffee and milk available. The games we could use to spend time as a family in the evening.

There was no remote for the bedroom TV and over night it be came very cold but the living room heating didn't work. Also, one of the bedside table lamps was not connected to the socket.

Lovely flat - clean and comfortable, great location

Lovely flat in a fantastic location, equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very impressed and will certainly stay there again.

There was a bit of noise from the flat next door, but nothing serious.

Very well equipped apartment with an excellent location in the centre of Bath.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in the centre of Bath. On the second floor so light and airy. Lots of nice touches - milk in the refrigerator on arrival and a supply of tea and coffee provided. The management can also arrange a reserved space at the nearby Charlotte Street car park.

Limited parking adjacent to the property and two flights of stairs to the apartment might deter some. Would also benefit from a quick guide to the the heating system.

great stay. highly recommended!

warm welcome by the staff. The place was better than anticipated and it had all the amenities. The flat was spacious and the check in & check out fuss free. Great location (got a bit noisy in the evenings).

no elevator. We were warned in advance about the stairs but an elevator would have made a huge difference with all the luggage. Taught me to pack lighter in the future!

Very good

Fantastic central location. The flat is spacious, the rooms are clean and the furniture is modern and comfy.

I had to do some work while I was there, but the WiFi in the flat wasn't working properly. I had to spend a lot of time in nearby cafes to use their Wifi. Also, the heater in the bedroom didn't work, so it was a little chilly in there.

Stunning location

The location was incredible. Wonderful historic quarter. Minutes walk from everything, theatre, restaurants, spa, shops, historic sites. Flat was comfortable and well equipped. The provision of fans was excellent and welcomed.

Small things but significant over 8 days - could do with new mattress on sofabed. Could do with a tray beneath the draining board. Water kept flowing over side of worktop

Such a clean, well appointed apartment which is bang in the centre of bath, surrounded by restaurant

Milk in fridge.

Hard to park and get keys.

Very smart and current but did not meet our expectations

I liked the decor of the apartment, very stylish. I liked that they left water in fridge and also coffee and tea for you to have. Shower was lovely.

The kitchen floor was filthy and sticky. We had a left over pizza in our fridge which was not ours. The bed was really hard and felt cheap! We could hear the upstairs walk around and woke us up a few times.
