10/10 Perfect Guesthouse in North Shore just off the sea front, close enough for the town centre or Bispham yet far enough away for a quiet stay at night.
Premier Double room 6 is tasteful, spacious with a nice bay window with seating and modern bathroom.
Thank you Andy

Sefton is a lovely guesthouse throughout, I’ve stayed at many places in Blackpool and I can say from experience this place is on another level. I stayed in room 1 (twin) it is very modern, good size with additional seating and a modern bathroom.
Owner Andy is wonderful, very friendly, always available if needed.
Unlike a recent vindictive comment I’ve seen, I can read, so I know reserving room only would indicate meals are not included & as I chose to click reserve I was happy with this before arriving!
Parking is also free on all the connecting streets so no issue there.
Great location just off the sea front in the North Shore area, walking distance to the centre yet nice and quiet at night time.
Thank you

Tremendous Guesthouse, well presented throughout, immaculately clean. Spacious bedroom with everything you would need, great addition with the separate sofa/tv space (room 8). Our host Andy was very welcoming and on hand if needed. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Blackpool. Thank you & Good Luck

I loved how clean and homly it was. The owner was friendly. I have stayed in a few places in blackpool for the airshow that have been awful. This place is perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Will stay again.
Everything was great. A little further out from what I thought it was going to be but either a 30 min walk or £7 in a taxi

Room nice size, clean, comfy beds and good shower. Host exceptional.
Location handy for bus and trams about 3/4mile from Blackpool centre.
Could not find fault with the Sefton. Part of a great holiday.

lovely rooms, well decorated and all the facilities you would need. very clean and too cheap for wait you get.
£25 deposit when you stay. if you put your prices up, you wouldn’t attract the type of customers that would need to pay the deposit

Clean and tidy, in a quiet location, close to tram and bus stops.
Nothing!

Great room and loved the hot water bottles laid out the the bed upon arrival, not that these were needed as the room was warm, the bed was very comfortable. Overall unbeatable value and I would definitely return!
N/A - couldn't fault it...

Room only basis as we are porridge eaters at breakfast. Clean well decorated modern environment. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we had a small suite of rooms at the top of the house, with comfy bed, sofa sitting area and separate shower/toilet. Hot water from emersion heater and electric shower. Friendly helpful staff, with a sense of humour. Such great value for money! Near the north shore, Pier and promenade. Easy transport link to Blackpool or Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Room had everything you need. Larger well app"d lounge for residents to use til 8pm downstairs.
Cant think of anything, minor issue sorted by staff when approached

As soon as we arrived the hotel looked well maintained. We were met by the manager and inside was just as beautiful as the outside check-in was easy and the room was amazing. The bay window had a box seat and from there you can see the sea. Our room had a bedroom and a sitting room with a dressing table and chair and lots of mirrors, very well thought out room which was decorated beautifully. two hot water bottles left on the bed and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside on the landing there was an iron and board to use, inside the room was a full, good quality hairdryer. A kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was outstanding and again, the gentleman who served us, greeted us with a good morning and how did we sleep. breakfast was £9 per head and this was for cereal, toast and fill English which is as a big plateful and very tasty.
absolutely nothing, it had everything we needed and we couldn’t fault anything. this hotel deserves to do well and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a good quality hotel at B&B prices.

The hotel staff/owners can’t do enough to help you with your stay. The room was absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable and with a lounge area to sit and chill out! Was not expecting that!
The only thing I could fault was that because it was SO bitterly cold outside, the heating was only on at certain times (understandable with utility prices) but there was a really cold draught coming in from the locked door behind the dressing table in my room and it caused the room to be cold late at night/first thing in the morning.

Very pleasant staff, lovely comfortable room & very clean. We were really pleased with our stay there & will definitely return to stay again..
