The property was beautiful. It had everything we required for our stay.
The house was beautifully presented, clean and tidy and Rosy provided extensive information of the area. We loved her pizza recommendations

We liked absolutely everything! Our stay was perfect, the apartment was wonderful in every way. As a host, Rosy was THE best (11 out of 10!!!!) - extremely hospitable and friendly, very informative, and wanted us to have the best time in La Spezia which we did. Thanks for everything Rosy!! And the secure car parking was excellent too. Book this place now, you will not be disappointed.
As we said, our stay was perfect. And the climb up the 64 stairs was worth the effort!! Rosy even had her son on hand to help us with our luggage - how good is that????!!!!

very cosy and clean apartment, in a quiet location with amazing owner. Thank you Rosy for all the advices and for your help, I look forward to come back to this nice apartment. also, private parking 150m from the apartment is just great!
a bit longer to go to the city center by foot, but this is not a problem at all, you can use bus and car of course.

Nicely appointed. We enjoyed the decorative touches. Very clean. Very Comfortable. Great cookies.
Bus stop into town (bus every 10 minutes) right at the front door.
Also enjoyed the song of the church bells at 7:30 in the morning and night.
Only consideration is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Rosy and her husband were really kind! They waited for us, helped us to take our luggage to the apartment and gave us a lot advices about where to go and what to see. Rosy even backed biscuits for us, really touching!

Great stay! We stayed there for 2 nights with a family of 4 (2 children 8 + 11) to especially visit Cinque Terre.
The practical arrangements for arrival/departure through WhatsApp went smoothly. Rosy was waiting for us and showed us the appartment and provided some insight on the map with touristic information that is available.
We loved the appartment. It's very clean and nicely decorated! The rooms are spacious, good beds and there are even 2 bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nice.
The nearby private car parking is something I really appreciated, as it's not easy to park in the street.
We visited Cinque Terre with the boat (day ticket) as a special experience. Easy to take your car and 10-15 min drive to the car parking at Porto Mirabello.
Portovenere (20-25 min drive) is also very nice and the children enjoyed swimming (no need to reserve a place on the beach).

This was our favorite apt stay during our trip through Italy. We liked that it was just a bit out of the tourist center in a local area. Much quieter, authentic, and with gated reserved parking about 150 meters away. Delicious local pizzeria below the apartment. Bus stop across the street. About 1km to the train station.
Rosy is a thoughtful host who has lovingly renovated the apartment with guests’ needs in mind and with everything you need to feel like you are at your own vacation pad. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and seem less.
The apt is spotless, newly renovated. Both showers had consistent water pressure and hot water. A/C in each bedroom and living room. Comfortable mattress with plenty of pillows...not hard like many in Italy. Sound proof windows with blackout shutters. Cute little balcony off the kitchen with view of the back garden. The kitchen came stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans (even for baking) cooking condiments and spices, coffee, milk, juice and water along with some breakfast pastries for our first breakfast.
She adds the extra touches, like her delicious homemade cookies, fluffy towels tied with a ribbon, Netflix and Amazon-prime ready TV, toiletries and hair dryer in both bathrooms and a very comprehensive folder of area tourist attractions, train and boat schedules.
We had an issue with the A/C in one of the bedroom during our stay. Rosy had it checked on right away, but the issue couldn’t be repaired until after our stay. We were impressed by her efforts and care during this situation, as it was quite hot (30 degrees). She took the initiative to rectify the situation as best as she could by bringing in two strong fans, and turning the functioning A/C unit on max all day with the bedroom/living room doors open, so that we would arrive back to a cool apartment that evening and enjoy a comfortable night of sleep.

We arrived late in the evening and our very welcoming and friendly host Rosy and her husband waited for us there to hand us over the keys, even helped with carrying the suitcase to the apartment. They also gave us useful tips about visiting Cinque Terre and other places in the region, restaurants, etc. They even left some food, juice, and milk for us to have for breakfast, and of course Rosy's homemade (delicious) cookies were there. Regarding apartment: very clean, comfortable, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, comfy beds, high bandwidth WiFi, there is nothing left to be desired in this nice apartment, a great value for money. Also a private parking space available at nearby gated parking lot. There are some supermarkets in the walking distance, train station is about 15-20 min walk. Would definitely recommend for stay in La Spezia.

Nice place to stay for Cinque Terre and Portovenere visit. Close to the train station, which you could reach on foot. Special place Da Pipeo pizzeria downstairs with the best pizza. And finally kind and hospitable hostess.
There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes ;-)
