Best kept secret in the Florida Keys!!! Our many repeat customers and great reviews attest to our gorgeous beachfront property in the heart of Key Largo (MM 99.2)! Lounge under the tiki huts, put your toes in the sand, sip a margarita, and truly relax in this private, gated oasis right on the Gulf of Mexico!

Our property is a hidden gem, which includes 4 other rental houses, on a 2.5 acre estate, with 3 different beach areas, so there's a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you arrive. We also have plenty of dockage, so bring your boat! Swaying palms, amazing banyan trees, lush foliage, a fishing jetty, tikis, and hammocks add to the “keysey” charm. You may not want to leave, but if you do, we're convenient to all of Key Largo's main attractions, like John Pennekamp State Park, swim with dolphins programs, many fine restaurants, sport fishing fleets, and shopping. We’re also a perfect location for a romantic sunset wedding!

"Bayhouse," is only a few yards from the beach and has lovely water views. There is a fully stocked kitchen for making delicious family meals, marble floors, French doors, washer dryer, a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, plus all the amenities of home. You can even bring your pets without worry because there’s a fully fenced back yard! We also provide kayaks and paddle boards free for guest use!

Accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub plus shower. There are 2 queen beds and a king that separates into 2 singles, as needed. With a sleeper sofa in the living area, the house sleeps 6-8 comfortably.

As an added bonus, there is a full-time staff on-site to make sure your vacation goes smoothly and you leave our Keys paradise with many wonderful memories.

We booked this property to stay at after returning from a cruise. We are a group of 7, mostly young adults. We arrived early and the housekeeping staff hustled to allow us in the house early. We had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside accommodations, the hammock, the lounge chairs and outdoor seating. The bathroom near the water was especially appreciated. We saw many lizards, birds and fish. We were immediate visited by a sting ray when we walked out on the dock. Once we took the kayaks and paddle boards out we had close up uncounters with the neighborhood manatees. There are 2 partially sunken ships that we paddled out to and enjoying the sealife that had taken them over with our snorkel gear. The owner, Lana, stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations. Both the house and grounds were very clean and well kept. It was easy to get in the locked entrance gate as well as the house. Our entire party agreed this was one of the most enjoyable accommodations we have ever stayed at. We are definitely planning a repeat visit!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Next time we plan to bring our boat to explore the bay a bit more. There is plenty of dockage onsite. The water activities are limitless here and the peaceful mornings and evenings can't be beat. Even with all the homes rented you still feel like you are at a private beach. My husband snorkeled for lobster, the kids used the kayak and paddle boards and played cornhole. There were plenty of high end chairs and lounges for relaxing on the sand. The pier with dockage is one of a kind With lots of sea life. We saw a few manatee as well. Its very pet friendly with doggie waste bags throughtout the property making it super convenient to clean up after them. Its close to restaurants and shops yet private and secure with gated entry. We can't wait to come back.

Property is perfect for a getaway. So beautiful. We stayed in the Bayside and it was just perfect. So much to do. Games, kayaks, fishing. Right on the property we saw fish, manatees, lobster, nurse shark and so much more. Dock was perfect for our boat. I would definitely go there again. Everyone had a great time.

This was the perfect location- only 1.5 hrs from my daughter's school. Her friends came down for a couple days of fun on the beach! Even the colder weather didn't spoil the fun. We were able to cook, play games, walk the pier, enjoy the hammocks - all without leaving out spot! We WILL be back!!

You can’t beat the location of this house. The view is amazing and we caught some beautiful sunsets. The beach is small but you only share it with the people renting the other houses. It’s perfect for the number of people who have access. There was also plenty of space outside with multiple separate seating areas so people can spread out. The house is also within walking distance of several restaurants. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The bay is more like a lake than the ocean. Not a lot of waves or level change with the tides. It was ideal for kayaking. We also loved that we could bring our dogs and they could swim at the beach. The house itself is satisfactory. Great view from the house. The paint and bedding has been updated since the listing pictures were taken and are an improvement. Some things were a little worn, but this is typical of older beach homes. Especially pet friendly homes. We definitely recommend this place and hope we can come back soon!

So much to report on this place! Managers: Best Ive dealt with in a long time. Very communicative, adaptable & approachable. Most of all they are warm & exude a caring about you & your experience & how they can make it optimal. This includes the grounds & housekeeping staff. Seems like one big family. Property: Outstanding. You feel at home & need for nothing. We brought food from home & I almost felt bad my sister brought so much extra because of how well stocked the kitchen & everything else is. Property is immaculate without being sterile. You truly feel you made the best decision. We stood at Bayhouse & my goodness the photos don’t do it justice in terms of spaciousness & decor. They’ve thought of everything. Overall Experience: I went with some close friends & family for my 40th birthday. We are already planning our next visit. We had our fun & our recovery in this place that felt like home. You do “share” the property but it’s so spacious you really don’t notice. Everyone on our weekend had the same respectful, friendly & inviting vibe so it was almost less then noticeable. Area: Though it feels like your miles from civilization all you have to do is drive off the property & there’s a Walgreens/CVS 2min drive away, restaurants & attractions literally within 15-30min depending how adventurous you want to get. There was an issue of being locked out - Tom was VERY quick to respond, but couldn't get us in. We found a slider open and climbed through that way - a spare key should be kept with resident manager. There was only seating for 5 in the kitchen, as well as 5 forks. We had to buy plastic so we could all eat with forks instead of spoons. The hot water in kitchen needs to be labeled so guests know it is reversed. We were left with one roll of paper towels. The cabinet hardware and frig interfere with oven door so it does not open all the way. You cannot open both sleeper sofas - so I feel that the advertising of Sleeps 10 is misleading. A/C worked GREAT! Overall, this was a GREAT unit and would recommend to others

This was our first VRBO experience. We needed a private getaway to truly relax. This place was amazing! The views were unforgettable! We loved all the water activities- my kids learned to paddle board and kayak by the end of the trip. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! The Bay House has the best views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and enjoyed playing with her on the paddle boards and kayaking. The house definitely met all our needs and was spotless. Need to keep the bedroom doors open to help with airflow of air conditioning. Not a problem for us. WiFi was slow in the evening. Definitely recommend this home!

Good Morning, the stay was awesome and had a great time. Couple things of notice. The room I stayed in had a TV in it but only would work with DVD's. I would have expected the ability to watch reagualr TV and not be forced to watch a DVD. 2nd thing is the HVAC unit for the unit we stayed in does not have the ability to keep the unit cool. Even at night time the room I stayed in was very warm as well as the main TV area. Always was warm. Tom and Brian were awesome and look forward to coming back soon and enjoy ourselves agian.
