Perfect. We liked the place and people. We would stay there again, if we visit San Pedro de Atacama.

Location - remote, quite and spacious and stylish Service: very helpful staff - e.g. when we planned to leave very early for El Tatio geysirs, they prepared for us perfect breakfast packages. They also gave us some helpful advices Facilities - nice pool, space, table tennis, relax area. We like our very spacious rooms. It was very remote, exactly what we aimed for. Breakfast was great and the dining hall very useful

I would not say we disliked anything, but just a minor things to prepared for - wifi works best at the dining hall and outside. - the access is a bit rally style, but we liked it. - staff does not speak English, but we managed with our limited Spanish:-) - cards not accepted, but both payments worked well.

I definitely recomend this place, it is lovely.

Best place if you like nature. Beware of spiders, however, as there is a lot of plants. But every second home in Chili has them 😊

I would prefer if spiders were taken out of one of the corners our room as I've asked🤪😊 Internet in the rooms is sometimes needed if you would like to plan your next day in the evening or talk to your relatives, who are not traveling with you.

Great experience!!

The staff is amazing, the room is super clean and confortable and the property is lovely

nothing. It is not so close of comercial center, but for me this was great because was more silent and relaxing

Quite horrible compared to other hotels in price range

The hosts are really friendly and if you ask for an extra towel they’ll get it for you. They also, because we were the only group there, were very flexible with breakfast times.

Stay somewhere else please. Not worth the $90 a night at all. They don’t clean the room. I huge bug was squashed on my table the first day. They just got rid of the body and not the mess it left behind. I put a used dirty towel on the ground, they pick it up and hang in my bathroom. Like it’ll magically clean it self. I put it on the ground again and they take it away without replacing it. They have a jaccuzi, guess what. It’s filthy, slimy on top of it. There’s no WiFi in the room only when you’re close to the lobby. If you get home at dark there’s no light and it’s pitch black. They turn off the lights so you have to fumble your way finding light switches outside the room. And on top of that there’s a special way to open the room because they key doesn’t really fit. There are ton more little things that made this experience unacceptable but I’m tired of listing them all. Ok one more: It’s located in a desert, why is there no fridge in the room?

The place should not be called a hotel. Its has no service. No Internet. Extremely far from San Pedro. Google maps did a wrong calculation of the distance. The narrow dirt roads and terrible. I got no receipt. I called the hotel at 10:30 pm to give the taxi instructions. There was no answer. Kept calling because no taxi, no I asked had ever heard of the hotel. When I mentioned the street name one person finally said it is outside San Pedro. With the taxi we stoped at a fancy hotel for help. They found another number. They called to get the complicated directions how to get there. All in all a terrible experience. Would not recommend it at all. If it cost UD$30.00 maybe its OK but not for $120.00. I will no longer trust Bookings without checking comments from other guests. Bookings should NOT have this hotel in their listings.
