Highly recommended to stay there!

Cecilia is very warm and hospitable. Room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen - everything available to prepare meal (beware of cat 😄) . Convenient patio is a good place to chill and stargaze. Also it’s possible to park a car on property. Relatively close to centre (15 mins on foot). It’s worth mentioning that Cecilia and her son organized the return of our phone (to Poland) which we left there. We are really thankful for their effort and honesty. 🫶

Buen lugar, tranquilo y extremadamente limpio. Dan ganas de usar la cocina para ahorrar un poco en comida y el baño impecable. Muy buena atención por parte de la sra Cecilia que nos recibió increiblemente

Exelente lugar

Todo muy bien...exelente lugar.. a 5 minutos caminando del centro de San Pedro lejos de la ruido del pueblo.. ya que con tanto tur uno quiere descansar.. posee una cocina con mesa todo equipado para cocinar.... Lejos la Sra. Cecilia su amabilidad con el pasajero..todo ordenado y limpio

Große Gastfreundschaft in San Pedro de Atacama

Die Gastgeberin Cecilia und ihre ganze Familie sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Das Hostal ist sehr sauber, ruhig und es gibt warmes Wasser zum Duschen. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Minimarket, indem es das Nötigste gibt, auch frische Brötchen zum Frühstück. Wir können das Hostal absolut empfehlen.

Excelente estancia

Lugar muy limpio. La Señora Cecilia (anfitriona) es muy amable y atenta. Pero también da espacio para que uno se sienta totalmente cómodo. Fui con mi familia y sin duda volveríamos a este alojamiento. Muy agradecidos.

Super host!

Cecilia is a fantastic host, she is very supporting and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Warm water is almost always available. The kitchen is complete and always clean It is at 10 min walking from the main central street. Recommendable!

Very good place to stay

The owner is an angel she tried to help us where she could. The place had a closed carpark, a playhouse and little furry playmates for our daughter. It was always tidy and clean.

Great host, the room was big and the beds very comfy. The kitchen had everything needed. They help us with valuable information about the activities we could do. Highly recommended.

Very nice small hostel. Excelent communication with the staff, very helpful. Little far from the center, but shops are nearby and tours will pick you up anyway.

Great accommodation run by an extremely friendly family! :-)

We stayed at Hostal Ckamai for 5 days. The accommodation had a great kitchen, comfortable beds and a private parking spot for our rental car. Additionally, the family running the hostel was extremely friendly and helped us to organize some trips in Atacama. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hospitality

After staying in a separate hostel for a few nights, for the same price this was miles better. The hosts are extremely friendly, making a massive effort in English and trying to help you out with whatever is needed. The lady in the morning even got up very early with us to make sure our bus arrived which I thought was really caring and reassured us, especially as our bus was late! The rooms and common areas are immaculate. Kitchen looked lovely and unlike other accommodation is not shared with the owners. Great value for money, we wished we had stayed here the whole time.

Slightly far out, but the walk is safe even in the dark. You have to pay in cash. It would be easier with card but this is the same for nearly everywhere.
