Quarto limpo, chuveiro quente, ar condicionado funcionante. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. A localização é excelente.
Um dia falei que ia tomar café da manhã no passeio e eles não deixaram tomar café no hotel 😔

i can not use the heater in my room. Only can operate in winter. AC also only operate in summer and have limited operation time. which is not mention in the hotel info. but they give me extra blanket
the room too small

Room a bit tight, but alright. All amenities worked. A luxury in the desert!
Breakfast on the go was given when we left for tour before 7am.

Unfortunately after the first night there was no hot water, and the shower stall smelled of mildew.

on the Main Street , near everything, staff is friendly and they prepared breakfast to go every time you need to join the tour before 7 am
too tiny, you can’t even pass 2 people between bed and wall at the same time. air conditioner was allowed to use only between 10am to 10 pm, the room is very dirty , I don’t know how they clean, you couldn’t see outside trough the room window

Location was excellent - it was the first pick up point and the drop off point for tours on the main pedestrian street of San Pedro. The staff were extremely helpful when our transfer booked with Transfer Pampa canceled at the last minute. The hotel staff quickly made alternate arrangements for us and saved us from missing our flight.

The hotel was centrally located, the staff were helpful and there were nice hot showers.
Very loud music and karaoke playing until 5am every night which was extremely noisy in the room even with ear plugs. I understand the staff can't do anything about it but it stopped me and my partner sleeping each night. Although the room was nice it was VERY small.

Wifi had a good coverage in the room. The staff was very kind and proactive. The location is perfect for the touristic guides pick you up.
They only allow you to use the air conditioning between 9 pm and 7 am.

Location and look of the place is very good. You are at the very beginning of Caracoles main street in SP de Atacama
Air conditioning stopped at midnight(for no reason) with -7 Celsius outside it was very cold and uncomfy

a bit cramped in the rooms. No heating in the restaurant

Excellent location. Close to shopping, laundry, bike rentals, tours, etc. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
There were some cosmetic repairs needed to the room we rented. Overall was functional and very nice.

The hotel is in a great location just on the Caracoles street. The tours drop off is just on the hotel doors.
The room cleanliness.
The bathroom is amazing.
The heating system is not effective and also works just for a couple hours. The hotel administration told us that the heating works only from 9 pm until 4 am, which makes the desert cold night even harder to sustain. Another problem was the noisy equipment during the night.
Another aspect is the room size. It's pretty small and i would recommend it for a couple with 2 backpacks or a solo traveler with a small luggage.
The breakfast is pretty simple and the guests can only consume 1 egg and a small bottle of milk per person.

great location and great service.
Rooms were very small and a/c only operated between noon and 10pm

We had the family room which is great for 3-4 people. The rooms are small but comfortable. The best things about this hotel are the staff and location. The staff was so nice to us and accommodated our every need. The location is right at the end of the main downtown street so it is easy to walk to the restaurants, but not in a noisy location. The pool is small but refreshing. There is a roof deck for watching the sky and stars. The WIFI was under repair, but the staff gave us a WIFI device to use which was perfect.
The only disappointment with San Pedro was nothing to do with the hotel. Some of the natural attractions are closed such as Valle de Luna and it is uncertain when it will reopen. We worked with the tour group Gato Andino and they were great. Did the Geysers del Tatio and Cejar a Laguna. Also loved the Adobe restaurant.

Our stay was really good. The location is perfect and the staff, specially Ronaldo, is very attentive.
The room is extremely small, the room 9 is very noise. Then they’ve moved us to room 6.

Restaurant and breakfast was lovely. Staff in the restaurant and cleaning staff were very helpful.
Messages not passed on from reception for our trips booked. Room was far too small. When we questioned the size we were told this was a standard room however, for the cost, this is ridiculous. That being said I think all the rooms are small. The bigger rooms basically mean you can walk round the bed which was impossible in the standard room. Also woke up with a sewing needle in my arm that had been left on the bedspread. Not ours!!!

Great staff, location and service! Also the restaurant has awesome dishes!
The room are a bit small. They fit 1 person, but for 2 with their luggage will be tight...
