Great flat for a visit to Dundee

Great flat for a short visit to Dundee in a good location for access to the city, with good public transport connections, on street parking, spacious living area, very well designed bathroom, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

The lighting in the living area wasn't good for reading - another lamp would have been helpful.

Great value-for-money stay in a calm residential neighbourhood.

Nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood outside of the city center. A gaint park few steps to the north, great views on the way and a super interesting housing area south. Mercedes was very helpful and nice, granting us a late check-out. Kitchen well equipped with everything that is needed for a few days stay.

Staircase could be lit a bit better.

Uncomfortable, Did not feel comfortable at all in the apartment & door was double locked every time

Only stayed as was unable to find alternative accommodation in Dundee, plans made & not wanting to cancel. Lived out of suitcases in the hope alternative accommodation became available. Free Parking - shower works nice - shower head needs a clean, washing machine - drawer has black mould.

Overflowing bins & rubbish outside the building. Stairwell dark no lighting, uneven stone steps dangerous in dark & dirty with strong smell of cannabis. Toilet flush really noisy, doors did not shut properly, skirting boards hanging off, tv only has now tv & needto sign up, Wi-Fi intermittent, wallpaper peeling from ceiling, furniture (dining & coffee table) was damaged, blinds dirty & stained, tiles in bathroom cracked, shower unit dirty, floor spongy & lifting in places, apartment needs redecorating. Unable to post more photos as won’t allow it

Good for city access.

Easy access to city centre. Quiet. Close to lovely Baxter park. Good shower and kitchen.

Little disappointed with interior as didn't look as smart as photos. Tired and needs some repair and updating.

a wee bit overpriced given the location

clean,comfortable,everything worked. also quiet.

location not so good, just one little local ‘corner shop’ for milk,etc so had to go into town 30 mins walk away or catch a bus,but buses infrequent.

Location was excellent for our needs. WiFi was good and the bed was very comfy.

The only issue we had was there was no light on the stairwell and it was pitch black so quite dangerous.

Lovely bathroom!

I was particularly impressed with the bathroom! The shower was massive and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable too. We'll certainly consider staying here again.

The kitchen is small (not a problem to us as we barely used it!) The communal stairway, as often in this kind of property was a bit dismal and smelled like pee!

If you cant be bothered to clean outside, provide all advertised facilities, then dont bother

Nice flat, perfect for a short stay to discover Dundee.

It was a bit noisy at night, walls are quite thin and we could easily hear the neighbors in the staircase.

Great location for a short stay to explore Dundee.

ideal location for exploring Dundee. lovely clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short break. Little bit daunting when we first arrived as you have to walk up a dark staircase, past other flats, but once inside the apartment it was fine. No noise and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. check in and check out was easy. thanks again Mercedes and Gordon!

Everything was perfect. Baxter park is located few yards away and City Centre is merely 20 minutes walk. The apartment is also cozy and comfortable. Mercedes and Gordon are a great host.

Great location! Great prices!

The space was great and the hosts were fantastic. Free on street parking was a massive bonus, great proximity to town and broughty ferry!

The stairs is the only downside but good exercise.
