للاسف كانت تجربتي في خدمة ايقاف السيارة سيئة حين طلبت احضار السيارة لي انتظرت نصف ساعة واحضرت لي بعد ترددي على الريسبشن ثلاث مرات

Very Bad service as I asked kindly to bring my things to my room after three calls nothing I got so I went to the reception by my self as it became almost one hour. I think if I have sick person I think the ambulance will arrive earlier.

كل شي رائع الخدمة والنظافة والغرف واسعة الإضاءة جميله وموقعه ممتاز اشكر الأخ عابد على الاستقبال الجميل والانسة لوليتا في قسم أنشطة الأطفال وشكر خاص للأخت سهام في قسم العلاقات على الجهد اللي بذلته لتلبية رغبة ابنتي وادخال السرور عليها

Hotel « instagramable» mais trop bruyant

Le design de l’hôtel, les chambres spacieuses, les prestations variées et les restaurants. À proximité d’un mall et seulement à 20mn de l’aéroport Le staff d’une incroyable gentillesse

Le bruit ! malheureusement il y a une discothèque dans l’hôtel, la musique est trop forte et ne s’est arrêté qu’à minuit. Il était impossible pour nous de dormir avant. Pareil pour la douche, un bruit énorme à chaque fois qu’on utilise la douche due a la pression de l’eau. Et enfin , restaurant pour le petit déjeuner n’ouvre qu’à 7h , nous qui avions un avion à prendre, nous n’avions pas pu en profiter.

Um dos hotel mais top que fiquei na vida! Tudo perfeito!

Difícil descrever o que gostamos, pois tudo é perfeito nesse hotel, spa maravilhoso, piscina linda, o hotel todo com uma decoração surreal, voltando pra Doha me hospedaria novamente!!! Recomendo muito!!!

Красивый и чистый номер, классный вид, всё что нужно для проживания есть (даже капсулы в кофемашине), звук в колонках отличный, сауна с хамамом супер, тренажеры в зале современные, завтрак вкусный! Спасибо Гульмире за презент в честь Рамадана, было очень приятно, а также огромное спасибо Исламу за то, что очень помог нам с волнующим вопросом, без него бы не справились!

Номер был рядом с техническим помещением, поэтому было немного шумно.

Staff efficiente che rende il soggiorno business molto più semplice

Hotel moderno e adatto a chi viaggia per business, senza l'effetto "villaggio vacanza" che invece hanno altri hotel della zona.

La prima notte la camera non è stata particolarmente silenziosa. Si sentiva della musica ad alto volume, non ho capito da dove venisse ma si è interrotta solo sul tardi, verso mezzanotte/l'una.

Le petit déjeuner était tres tres bon; le service impeccable. En revanche, la route était un peu bruyante mais rien de méchant; une chambre de l'autre côté aurait été plus calme c'est sur. Pour le reste, c'était parfait

Beautiful hotel

Managed problems well. Free valet parking. super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to Lagoona Mall

booking.com was rubbish and impossible to manage but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Very loud disco was hard to evade; need to warn customers/put in quieter rooms.

اولاً تعامل السكيورتي كان سيء للغاااااية ،، ثانياً كان يوجد موظفة على ما اظن انها من الجنسية المغربيه كان استقبالها لنا بشكل غير مرحب بنا ،، ثالثاً مكان الغرفه الذي اقمت فيه بجانب الديسكو وكان مزعج ليلاً وصباحاً ،، للعلم موظفة الاستقبال لديها علم بأن زوجتي معي لماذا تتعمد ان تسكني بجانب الديسكو ،، وكان الصوت لدي في الغرفه ولقد اتصلت على الاستقبال لكي اغير غرفتي ولم احد يقوم بخدمتي ؟

Chic design hotel, with excellent service

The view from the 17th floor, service of Ms. Oriana at the restaurant and the food, staff at the Spa, room service which was very prompt… The room design is pure and beautiful, gym is excellent and the Spa marvelous.

As a part of check-in procedure we were asked for the deposit for the minibar. Well, this is 5star hotel, having all information about us including credit card - and the receptionist tried to explain this that this is normal…We have been in Doha in some other hotels of same categories, and this never happened. As this is almost at the beginning of our hotel experience, it leaves not great impression… Fortunately other staff - restaurant service, Spa - they fixed the impression.
