Beautiful decor, large rooms with modern amenities, and charming architecture. Comfortable bedding, beautiful stay.

Beautiful decor, lovely spacious rooms. We loved every moment of our stay and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Very accommodating to any requests we had and very helpful. We had the river view which made our stay even more spectacular

Great hotel

Great location. I loved my stay at this hotel because it was so close to everything in the CBD and just over the bridge to gorgious south bank

Great location but customer service is appalling.

Location was great

The customer service that was supplied at the front checkin counter was appalling. The one girl I dealt with was rude and abrupt. When I made the booking, I wasn't sure if I required an additional night, well it turned out that I did need one more night. Due to not booking directly through Adina apartments, this was an issue regardless that I made note of it through booking.com when making the booking. On the Wednesday night, I went to the front desk and extended my stay and showed my ID and signed another bit of paper and gave them my credit card to only get a phone call the following day stating that my personal belongings are still in the room. I explained that I extended another night of which the reservations lady said we don't have that information anywhere. When I returned back to the hotel, I went to the front desk and the girl that had done the paperwork the night before was on the front desk. She said that I had told her something different and that there was nothing on the file. I explained that she did all the relevant paperwork the night before which she replied "I hadn't explained myself to her well enough". The girl gave me a new room key that would work though to the Friday which was my new checkout day. She was so patronising towards myself that I asked her not to be rude and treat me with a little bit of respect. I will never stay in an Adina Apartment ever again.

A stylish and tastefully decorated heritage building right in the heart of Brisbane.

Location is excellent. Upper floor apartment was quiet. The sliding door to the balcony kept out noise when it was closed. Apartment was a very good size and nicely appointed.

The tap in the shower recess is on the wall opposite the shower head. It's out of reach except by walking across the wet, smooth, slippery tiles to adjust temperature or flow. The soap and hair product dispensers are also out of reach and only accessed by walking across the tiles. The tap over the basin has a short spout so water splashes over the counter top. Same over kitchen sink.

Beautiful appartment and great location

Decore beautiful, lovely, spacious apartment, was able to check in earlier. Friendly, attentive staff.

The pool was hidden in a shady part of the building with no sun. The water was too cold to swim in.

I hate that stuff!!!!!!

The female stuff worked on 22nd June night was very unfriendly. I asked her a disposable comb, she said she didn’t know what is that, so I thought maybe my pronunciation was not very clear, so I typed this word “comb” on my phone, and she said she didn’t know this word. Are you kidding me? She is an English speaker, it’s obvious that she didn’t want to give the comb to us. Then after we went back to our room, we were very angry, and after a while we went downstairs to show her the picture of the comb on the Woolworth app, and she reluctantly gave us the comb. Why did she discriminate against certain races? And what makes her think she's so superior? That’s so disgusting.

The room without windows is not well-ventilated, so it needs to be opened to let in air.

Beautiful building in a great location

Beautiful decor and ambiance, clean and great location as we had to attend 2 shows in one day at QPAC

Shower drain needed a clean out as the shower was flooding slightly and the bathroom sink Tap is to short, and way to close to the edge of the rim

The inwards facing rooms were very claustrophobic. Looking onto brick walls. I would have asked for outwards facing rooms onto the street. If I was aware that the two rooms would be like this.

Comfortable, family friendly luxury

Loved the apartment style with 2 separate bedrooms. Very comfortable with a family of four. Great location, the building is absolutely stunning.

The level of noise from the air circulation system, it sounded like a nonstop plane. I was going to bring it up with staff, but figured there’s nothing they could actually do. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the park and pool. May other floors air systems aren’t as loud?

Superb

The warm welcome of the staff ( especially Valentina) made us feel at home. The chocolate for my husbands birthday…so kind! A spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and beautiful view on the river. In the middle of town.

Great location, modern room, good facilities, plenty of space for a studio room.

Did not like having a room facing an internal brick wall - it made the room dark and a bit depressing. We were only there for one night so we didn't let it bother us but if we were staying longer we would have asked for another room.

Excellent value, beautiful and great location

Fantastic location in the historic part of the city but a stone’s throw from the central shopping area. A beautiful building inside and out. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and attractive. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The kitchen area was quite small.

Good location.

Great location. Friendly staffs. Nicely decorated hotel. Our room was comfy and spacious. A small balcony facing the city was also nice to have for some fresh air. We place the baby cot in the living room, and the sliding door that separates the bedroom and living room is great! It blocks the light and noise perfectly.

The hotel parking lot smells a bit due the garbage depot is in the same space. The rubbish bin in the kitchen (room) is tiny.

Pool muss sehr sehr dringend gereinigt werden(!), unangenehmer Geruch in der Lobby und keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster im Zimmer zu öffnen. Teppich kam im Zimmer teilweise hoch

The views were amazing and the staff were friendly but they could have done a lot better considering how much we paid fo

The floor to ceiling window views overlooking the river were outstanding.

There was no welcome pack in the room to tell you about the room and the history of the hotel, no room service card telling you how much the mini bar was or how to use the tv, what time room cleaning was or how much the car parking in the hotel car park was and if we had a free option or not as 3 of my family members who came with me have disability parking cards. There is never anyone on the service desk if you try to call. They never answer the phone.

Very Central Beautiful Building

Room was modern and nice. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of pressure behind the shower. You couldnt beat the location or the value for money. The hotel itself was very beautiful inside and out.

The bin in the kitchen was too small and the car park is really awkward to find. It would have been nice to have instructions before we arrived. Regardless though I would happily stay again.
