The bed and couch were comfortable. The tv and wifi was good.
The bedroom window door was broken. There was dried blood on the side of the bathroom basin. There was a notice on the front of the apartment saying no Air B and B which I was. The building was not finished and next to a building site and I did not feel safe walking down the path to access the building. It was not the same location as the one I thought I had booked. The curtains did not block out the light at all so I had trouble sleeping and the tram line was very noisy because we had to keep the window open due to the lack of air conditioning.

The flat was well maintained throughout and spacious. Great biews of Manchester.
Host wasn't flexible with luggage storage after check out. Which we would have appreciated as we were with our little one with push chair, etc.

Amazing views, everything was spotless, had everything we needed! There was a small problem to begin with as we had the wrong keys but it was sorted out quickly
Absolutely nothing to dislike!!!

It was a nice apartment
They asked for a £200 safety deposit when checking in which was not apparent in the listing on booking.com. as the booking is not refundable you have to pay the £200 or lose the money you've already paid. Then I did not get the money back and I had to claim through my credit card. When collecting the keys you need to go to another building to get them and then there are signs on the apartment block saying that short term let's are not allowed and that guest can be refused entry which made me feel anxious for the entire stay.

Great location and clean comfortable apartment

Well equipped. Good location for walking to attractions. Comfortable bed.
Shower was in a high-sided bath with no handholds. Not comfortable or safe for the elderly. Parking in Salford Quays is an issue.

Location was key. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and exceeded our expectation. The host was courteous and informative in handling all our requests and inquiries.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the Quays. Easy access to trams into the city. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Very clean and super comfy bed. Would highly recommend and definitely return if in Manchester again.
There was an issue with the shower which we reported.

Nicest holiday experience yet. Great view from the window! Comfortable and Refreshing...
£200 damage deposit was a bit too much ...

Lovely little apartment, walking distance from the Lowry
The apartment was on the 14th floor, lifts and heights are quite a scary ordeal for me

Nothing, very disappointed.
Small, cheap bed and sofa which felt like sleeping in an IKEA store room. Checkout time 10am seems too early for a city stay. 100% wouldn’t recommend this.

Location was good, near the tram and local amenities.
Wifi was good and it was a nice quiet apartment considering the amount of young people gathered in reception.
The floor was filthy, our socks were black and I had to mop the entire apartment. There was a rug that was actually disgusting so we rolled it up and put it to the side.
Toilet seat was hanging off.
Furniture was dated, basic and simply not up to scratch for the price.

Amazing view, spacious apartment, fully equipped, right on a tram line to the city.

Nothing, was so annoyed at the property, it felt like they were doing me a favour staying there, will never return.
Hard find key safes, no info given till very late, not friendly, so many rules to be followed, felt on edge all the time.
Ruined Manchester for me as took an hour from arriving to actually get in the room.
Stay in any of the hotels like holiday inn etc at media city as nicer, friendlier and closer to parking and no hassles.
Be warned, horrible harsh uncaring, inconsiderate, money orientated people to deal with.
Not enough rom on here for what I wanted to put.
Ill bullet point some here
On paying in full with booking.com they want a photo of u with holding bank card and same with other photo Id.
Wont give u any information till morning of check in.,
Mines mid day i got mine after asking and being ignored previous.
Asked parking got nothing just told booked
finding key safe a nightmare, near got parking ticket
tower block rooms filled noisy students , slow lifts
cost me £22 park for day
took hour from arriving to get in room
no sink plug and small shower
when u do get in u get hassle emails and text asking about what time u check out
they send u loads harsh rules like no visitors or they fine u loads, so barbaric (I had no one anyway)
rules they have no problem sending again and again, you are made to feel like a criminal
so unfriendly people run this im amazed they had 10 star reviews
your £200 will be held by them for a week before u get it back
if u dont complete their rules and send pics they will just keep yr money and not care and not supply any info
door bell looks like it has cctv on it as well inside, makes u feel edgy and unsafe
noise in building as students playing loud music till about midnight
car parks are a 15 minute walk away, not good when u have cases to carry
unhelpful, arrogant, its no wonder they have these harsh rules as the whole experience pisses u off an puts u in a foul mood, they so arrogant they dont even meet u or have the guts to face u, spineless

pic looks ok but absolutely scam! Avoid this host, they don't tell you before booking that they need your facial scan and copy of bank card and ID until check in,and no refund if you dont follow their illegal way to check in!! booked two bedroom apartment, the host contacted me on whatsup then disppearred when I ask for refund,we didn't get key,and no refund for booking. It's a scam!!!
They wouldn't tell you they will scan your FACE and also require you to hold your BANK card details and ID next to face coz they will collect your private data for their own reasons. Not safe to do so at all. They only tell you the day before check in! it sounds like fraud, your data isn't confidential! As a private host, why they need copies of guests bankcard and ID,and facial scan? ? They used misleading pic to show you they verify ID,but they hide the details until you make payment and purposely set booking nonrefundable! nothing you can do after paying, they dont give you refund, even don't answer calls from Booking.com. You will be forced to give them the copies of your confidential imformation, otherwise they don't let you check in and you lose all the money paid. Just like Fraud, this host should be avoid on booking, airnbnb never allowed this happen. Disgusting!!

The apartment was comfy and spotless! What a great location as well. There were a couple of shops near by to pick up whatever you needed (Co Op/Sainsburys) and also a few restaurants and bars. It was super easy to catch an Uber and the tram was only a couple minutes walk.
I can't fault this place at all. It was great size, comfy and conveniently located.
