Une auberge vraiment shmpa

L'accueil est chaleureux dans cette auberge de jeunesse familiale. La sensation d'être comme à la maison, tout est fait pour nous mettre à l'aise. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux, sucré et salé. C'est très propre et la cuisine est bien équipée. Dans ma chambre il y avait 3 lits donc très agréable.

La localisation est parfaite en plein cœur historique mais ce qu'il faut savoir c'est que ce quartier est vraiment bruyant avec des fêtes de rue au quotidien jusqu'à tard dans la nuit....

C'est correct, mais il ne faut pas être exigeant.

J'étais dans une chambre de deux, j'ai trouvé ça bien. L'emplacement est juste parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien il y a de tout en grande quantité, parfait pour démarrer une grande journée. Les casiers sont à l'extérieur de la chambre et ils ont une bonne taille. Globalement, je trouve que c'est un bon rapport qualité prix surtout pour l'emplacement et le petit déjeuner.

La salle de bain correcte, mais les douches à part je n'ai pas aimé. Il y a juste une porte pour fermer la pièce principale et après les deux douches ont chacune un rideau, la lumière est insuffisante et le matériel aurait besoin de quelques travaux de rénovation. C'est aussi dommage de ne pas avoir des toilettes à part, il n'y en a qu'un dans la salle de bain.

Sicily u can feel real Italy 🇮🇹

I liked the rooms were for 2 or for 3 persons. Mine was for 2 people. The kitchen was so big. 3 showers altogether but one toilet. It is a typical Italian house but a more cozy style. I highly recommend it. Breakfast was included in the price.

Thanks to Sebastiano what I did not like he solved on time and immediately.

Fantastic B&B, better than anything I had in mind, location is right in the middle of the historic center, Mario gav

The host was so kind, welcoming and generous. He took care of every detail to make everyone’s stay as warm as possible. The breakfast was huge and delicious, so many varieties of sweet and savoury food. Female room is only shared between three guests and is quite spacious!

Buena experiencia

Lo que más destaco del lugar es su ubicación. Es excelente ! La habitación compartida femenina es de dos camas por habitación, lo cuál lo hace super tranquilo. Si bien la mayoría del tiempo el personal no esta presente en el alojamiento, siempre respondieron rápido mis mensajes.

Los baños podrían encontrarse en mejores condiciones. Es una zona ruidosa por la noche, en particular los fines de semana. Los lockers no están dentro de las habitaciones sino en una zona en común.

Zimą bardzo niekomfortowo

Gospodarze są bardzo uczynni i serdeczni, ale dla innych podróżujących chcę być obiektywny i powiedzieć o swoich odczuciach. Zacznę od pozytywów: Hostel zlokalizowany w samym centrum, co ma swoje zalety - blisko serca miasta, dość blisko do restauracji, barów i części imprezowej. Kilkanaście minut spacerem do dworca kolejowego. Hostel jest czysty.Łazienka czysta, ale na zdjęciach wygląda inaczej niż na żywo. Proces zameldowania przebiegł bezproblemowo. Wifi działało bardzo dobrze. Dostępna kuchenka i lodówka, więc można przyrządzić sobie picie lub posilek. Hostel zapewnia ręczniki. Z okna i balkonu ładny widok. Tyle z pozytywów.

Lokalizacja w centrum ma też swoje wady - jest okrutnie głośno, co oczywiście nie jest winą gospodarzy, ale niech inni podróżujący mają świadomość, że nawet zatyczki do uszu niewiele pomagają. Podróżowałem zimą (luty) i w hostelu było bardzo zimno. Klimatyzacja nic nie pomagała, miałem wrażenie, że nie działa. Okna są nieszczelne, a hostel wymaga jakiegoś remontu, co właściciele mają dopiero w planie. Łóżka są małe, ale idzie się wyspać. Pościel jest czysta, ale stara. To są detale, które niewielkim kosztem mogłyby dużo zmienić. Wiem, że to hostel, ale pokoje są niewielkie i - przepraszam, ale - ja się nie czułem komfortowo. Ciężko o prywatność w takim obiekcie, może podróżując w grupie odbiór byłby inny. Samotnie podróżującym radzę się zastanowić. W pokoju przydałaby się też jakaś szafa, albo choć mała szafeczka przy łózku. Jest tylko niewielki stolik, a rzeczy i ubrania leżą na podłodze. Zamykana szafka jest poza pokojem, co jest niezbyt praktyczne. Drzwi od pokoju nie mają zamka, a do tego okrutnie skrzypią. Przydałaby się też jakaś suszarka, żeby powiesić na przykład ręcznik po kąpieli. To wszystki są niby detale, ale składają się na średni odbiór. Przez większość roku, w Palermo jest ciepło, ale to nie znaczy że zimą goście muszą zamarzać Spałem w wielu hostelach w życiu, ten nie był najgorszy, ale do idealnego mu daleko. Przykro mi, bo gospodarze są przeuroczy, ale chce być uczciwy w ocenie.

leuke ligging, low coast stay

de locatie is top. De uitbaters zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kon perfect alles bereiken vanop wandelafstand en voor iets verder, neem je gewoon de vele bussen die met regelmaat rijden. De kamer was ook zeer netjes , niets op aan te merken

De matras van het bed. Die waren eigenlijk versleten, helemaal doorgelegen en dat zorgde wel voor een pijnlijke rug. Deze zouden ze best eens vervangen.

We flew to Palermo during the heatwave and unfortunately the apartment had a problem with electricity in the heat. Our host Marco went above and beyond to find us another place at short notice and waited up late to let us in, after our flight delay. He stocked the fridge with water and let us check out late the next day. Thank you Marco!

At first, when I arrived I was bit skeptical especially when I saw the single beds and the shower space but omg did i fall in love with this place! YES. It was exceptionally clean, the owner, the cleaning lady and the Hungarian lady who manages the place were amazing, they make you feel like you're at home. There is quite a bit of noise from the street especially at night but it's because of the location which is amazing. Everything is on your doorstep and you are only few steps away from all major touristy spots. The beds are comfortable even though they may not seem so and for breakfast you are fed with everything, from pastries to olives. The bus to the airport is less than 500m.

Nothing - bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This Hostel is simply amazing. The kindness of the owners is outrages. They put so much effort in this Hostel and you can feel it. Every morning Marco and his wife, they prepare a very delicious breakfeast (with amazing cornetto and homemade things)!! and you have the possibility to connect to people from all over the world at the breakfeast table but also talk to the owners and just enjoy the moment. The location is very nice, since its very central but not on the super busy street so the perfect mix. Everything is very clean and the atmosphere is friendly. It is a very familiar atmosphere. It feels you are home. If you are looking for a unique experience in the heart of Palermo, connecting to locals, people from all over the world, having delicious breakfeast and stay central, this is definetely the place to stay :) Thank you so much for making me have such good memories from my visit to Palermo. Location is perfect, the attention from the host was super start and they offer a great breakfast. It is a quiet hostel!

They don’t have a front desk, so they will charge you 10 euros for checking after hours. However, the owner waited for me, he was very helpful and kind helping with my luggage. Also Lookers are outside of the room and are small..

I was super satisfied with the hostel. They we’re making amazing breakfast every morning for us with warm coffee and local products. They have ac in the rooms and warm water in the shower and in general everything it’s clean.

Wonderful stay, I would recommend to anyone, especially solo travellers in Palermo.

This was the perfect stay in Palermo. The hosts were lovely and they put on a big breakfast every morning which went above and beyond! The house was clean and tidy and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveller.

The only downside is that it is very noisy being next to the main road which makes it a bit hard to sleep, but this does not detract from the stay! On a positive to this, being on a main road was a good location to get everywhere you needed to in the city.

There is no other word to describe this hostel then amazing. Mr. Mario, the owner, is the most nice and caring man I have met in a really long time. I got the most warm welcoming ever. The location is great, close to central train station; right in the city´s old town, plenty of nice bars and restaurants and gelateria around. I liked my room, it was 3-bed rooms for girls only, which felt convenient. As for the breakfast, pls go for it. We got some typical sicilian "street food" each morning, made by Mr. Mario + there were many other delicious stuff. Simply it was better than in 4star hotel, and it was also very stylish, because there is an old gramophone in the kitchen, and we played some italian songs every morning during the breakfast.

The one thing, that could improve, is, that the shower cubicle could have some curtain - I always splashed some water on the floor unintentionally.

Overall good place for night or two. Its more like a apartment with a few dorm rooms, kitchen and bathroom, not a big hostel with a lot of rooms etc. Owner was friendly, room was fine. It gets noisy in the evening from the street, but good earplugs can really help. Would come back again.

Welcome

Very kind, welcoming, inclusive and helpful owner. It feels like your home. Big kitchen and once in a while a community meal is being served by Mario and Justine. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

Value for money, good location

The location is very near to main attractions and train station. Just cross a street and walk a few minutes then you will reach the historic center. Good for short stay. The host was very helpful although his English is not very good. Provide a map and advised where to visit.

It's an old building beside the road, so it's very noisy. Please bring earplugs! There's a lift but most of the time it's not working and the bnb is at high floor. The room and bed doesn't feel very clean. Everything were old. Small locker only enough to keep your backpack. Cannot lock the room. Anyone can enter the room.

Fantastic location! Host were very helpful and introduced best place to visit, had best ever pizza because of that. Bed was comfortable, kitchen , coffee for breakfast.
