A unique immersive experience in a wonderfully historic location.

The staff proactively reached out before arrival to offer practical suggestions regarding parking and access to the hotel, plus confirmation of checking times. On arrival, staff were extremely helpful, the room (a standard suite) was very clean, well decorated and welcoming, and entering the Arabic baths is like stepping back in time. Extraordinary!

We forgot to let staff know that we wanted breakfast 48hr before arrival (our fault) but the staff were very helpful, providing us with suggestions for local cafeterias.

No me gusto que por la calidad de las instalaciones y del personal no hubo posibilidad de coger masaje ya que al ser tan espectacular en todos los aspectos no hay cita en meses y meses , pero mejor así que hayan agromeraciones ( seguir así y mantener la calidad ) los baños impresionantes

Excelente

Queríamos un lugar para relajarnos y dimos con el más indicado. Lo mejor, sin duda, los baños árabes y la intimidad que ofrecen las instalaciones. Además, el personal fue muy amable. Las chicas de recepción nos guardaron las maletas para poder seguir visitando la ciudad antes de irnos. ¡Los refrescos y el café de cortesía se agradecen mucho!

Una estancia inolvidable

Absolutamente todo. El trato maravilloso, las habitaciones impecables y preciosas, los detalles como el café, el té y lo de la nevera, y por último la hora de los baños turcos ha sido espectacular. Fui con mi pareja y tuvimos un problema con la hora de llegada (nos retrasamos con el tráfico) y fueron muy amables con nosotros y estaban para lo que pudieras necesitar. Volveremos sin duda, poca reseña me parece un 10

Toledo enamora.

Todo en general. La atención por parte de Mario, Germán y las compañeras ha sido espléndida. Los baños son excelentes y el ambiente arabesco creado te imbuye enormemente. El té nos ha encantado y ha sido un detalle magnífico. La habitación (sultana) ha superado nuestra idea de cómo iba a ser. Hemos prometido volver. Y lo haremos.

Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado operativo y bebidas del minibar sin recargo. El armario es amplio pero no vendrían mal unas perchas, cosa que es de utilidad.

La estancia en general correcta, pero detalles a mejorar como la calidad de las toallas, muebles desajustados, o el olor intenso a los perfumes aromáticos. Al estar en plena zona antigua es difícil aparcar cerca y la llegada con las maletas es complicada. La falta de ascensor también complica el acceso con maletas a las habitaciones.

More like a suite, the room was gorgeously decorated. The private terrace added to the luxury of the stay there. The complimentary Arab Bath was a relaxing and unique experience, not to be missed!

Excellent place to stay in Toledo, we'd definitely return!

Brilliant location - easy to get around on foot to the local sights. Helpful and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped. The use of pools daily was really lovely, very relaxing and we enjoyed the tea and biscuits too! We booked massages too which were excellent. We'd definitely return,

Fabulous Arab Baths in a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Wow!

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location with beautiful decor, luxurious finishes and a very comfortable bed. There were really nice touches such as a coffee machine in the room, kettle on the landing, free refreshments in the mini fridge. We didn't realise that we would get an hour in the Arab Baths included with our room and thought we would have to pay extra for this, so this was a lovely surprise. The baths are fantastic!!

Exceptional

The hotel is near the centre, it has amazing interiors and rooms with very comfortable beds and facilities, we loved the amman pool and the massage. The staff was adorable. We found in the rooms offered drinks and almonds which we really appreciated.

Some details in the room could benefit from an improved maintenance check between guests (in our lovely room the shower glass was unstable, causing the flooding of the floor). The staff was fast to give us an extra bath mat.

Absolutely the most wonderful place to stay in Toledo!

The breakfast was stupendous, and large (we ended up eating it over the course of 2 days. The 'bath ritual' with tea and sweets was really enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even with my muddled Spanish The location couldn't be better for walking around and seeing Toledo, which I would recommend to anyone going to Spain

I didn't realize that they had AC, and it was warm. To be fair, I didn't ask, so this is not their fault, but mine

Forget about this hotel

We could not find the hotel. We called multiple times. Someone finally called us back but she was not at the hotel and could not tell us how to get there. She said someone from the hotel would call us back but they never did. We found another hotel close to the parking garage. Terrible customer service! Do NOT recommend.

How to find it? A call back from the hotel? Anything but the void that happened.

Enjoyed our room, hotel, Arab bath, excellent tea. Would stay again for a longer duration.

Great location for our stay. Loved the decoration of the room and the patio. Glad we got a chance to use the Arab baths - they were perfect. Happy to find out they gave us free fridge items (beer, water). Staff was excellent.
