The staff is AMAZING. I had some trouble with my flight, Ava sent speak Spanish very well. They helped call and talk to the airline for me, and made sure I was all set. They also walked too to and from the train station. I sincerely appreciated their hospitality.
The room was private, clean, and had everything you would need.

Localizaçao perfeita, sem barulhos, proxima de varios restaurantes, bem proximo do ponto do onibus para machu picchu, quase de esquina com a rua principal. Cafe da manhã excelente, fizeram um café bem cedo para o dia da ida a MP...

It’s easily reachable from the station and pick up for tours. The staff or shall I say Lis. She was amazing and incredibly helpful. She came to pick us up from the station. After that nothing was too much to ask.
It was all okay

The family who owns the hotel is very caring, polite, helpful.

Prime location, close to the lower part of town. Next to bus stop ans very close to train station.
Hot water was not available 24/7. The sink had a problem that needed to be fixed.

owner / manager very helpful and Friendly easy check in and out . close to main square.nice breakfast

very comfortable rooms! Good beds, heater in rooms, very clean and hot water works! :)
This is located in a busy street in aguas calientes, so there is of course a bit of outside noise. For a stay of a night or two, it was perfect. But if you’re looking for something with zero noise, then outside of aguas calientes by the river is more quiet (but much more expensive too).

Central, convenient with real helpful staff. stored our luggage before check in and after check out so we didn’t have to worry about it while exploring and climbing around Machu Picchu

Check-in went well.
Our 3 rooms were on different floors. Not a big deal, but we requested to be near each other, and they seemed to have empty rooms. We did not have any hot water in the showers. The bathroom had hair on the sink and shower door was broken. They give you less than one roll of toilet paper and we ran out in all 3 rooms. We paid for breakfast and agreed with desk for 6am time, however, no-one was at desk, and we had to leave before she made our breakfast, so we paid for nothing and had empty bellies. Check-out person had attitude with us.

Great Great Great location. You can't beat this place in Aguas Calientes because it's right next to the bus stop and close to the train depot. Any other place is going to be up or down a hill. Breakfast is good. Very accomodating.
Wifi never worked. A few of the staff members were not as attentive & they gave us the wrong room.

The rooms were quiet, warm, clean and spaceous. Enough lights and sockets were available. The warm water in the shower worked. The hotel is located central in Machu Picchu town, close to restaurants and bars and perfect to start your hike up to the citadel in the morning.
The lady at the reception could not speak English, which you would expect in such a touristic place .

the location only
The shower which leaks, we take its shower... the water goes out of the other side of the shower wall...
Almost impossible to enter the bathroom, the door is stuck because of the toilet...and this door is very sharp...
The floor was not really clean...
The staff comes knocking on your door at 10:30pm to ask if you want breakfast for the next day...nice when you were already sleeping to be ready to wake up early..... They should do it at check-in time.
Checkout 10am?! So you do Machu Picchu early and you can't even go back to take a shower afterwards... checkout should be at least at 11am...

it was in a central area.
It didn’t had a toilet paper when we arrived, neither hot water.
We were lucky that our room had a window to the street. Other rooms had their windows to the corridor! Unacceptable!
Mantu Boutique has nothing to do with real Boutique Hotels.

1. Few days before arriving I received massage with information that someone will wait for me on train station, that was really nice. I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed... off course I did not hear any apology or explanation.
2. During check-in I had to say few times that I want to pay in local currency, still women on reception rolled her eyes, unnecessary.
3. I had chosen this hotel because breakfast supposed to start at 5am and I had early ticket to Machu Picchu. Nevertheless I was informed that I can eat at 6am, after negotiations (sic!) with lady at the reception desk we agreed that we can had breakfast on 5:30...
4. There was no hot water, it was turn on after my question.
To sum up, I think that we were the only guests that night and staff was not happy that they had to work.

Rooms windows are not locked and can be opened easily. Not enough towels were provided for a room of 3 beds. No hangers and toothbrush amenities.

Good location in centre of Machu Picchu town with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. Close to bus pick-up point. Really clean and comfortable room. Happy to store our bags whilst visiting Machu Picchu, and even gave us an early morning wake-up call so we could go for sunrise!
WiFi slightly hit and miss.

I was met at the train station by reception. A really nice surprise! The hotel is a very short distance, so we walked. The reception person gave me great advice about going to Machu Picchu. The staff is small but very sweet and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus ticket center and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. Room was comfortable and had hot water. Just give it a minute or two to heat up. It gets cold at night and no heater, but the heavy comforters and sheets will keep you toasty. I recommend Mantu Boutique to anyone staying in Aguas Calientes.
4.1
The comfort of the rooms, the flexibility of the staff and recomendations.
The towels could do better since they're small and very thin. I also recomend to the people that have to leave early to discuss it with the staff, since we had to run to the train station because the hotel wasn't open yet, even though we told the staff the day before. Recomendation: call to the phone number registered in booking.

very nice room, felt comfortable there!
the staff didn’t speak English which is not very convenient for a hotel with a lot of tourism.

Great value for money.

Fantastic location as it is just around the corner from the bus to Machu Picchu. The staff meet you at the train station to walk you to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was simple but very nice.
No major complaints. The room was a little stuffy, but they provided a fan which helped.
4.1
friendly staff, very central, clean and big room
Internet quality not very well. but there are some restaurants around the corner, where you might hVe a drink andere Internet there.

The location was perfect, walking distance from the bus to Machu Pichu, from the train station, and from the ticket office. The staff picked us up from the train station, it was very convinient. The room was clean, resonable size, including breakfast for a very good price. We stayed for two nights, I think this is optimal. With the ticket for Machu Pichu you can visit the museum for free (near the bridge, where you get off the trail).
The staff was very helpful, I want to thank them once again!
Our room lacked ventilation, and I needed to go to the reception to check why we dont have hot water. It was sorted out quickly. Bottom line, machu pichu is the reason you come to here, not for the hotel.

Very good location, right next to main plaza, 3 min from railway station.
The bed was very comfortable, and after 9pm was no noise from outside so we managed to get a very good rest before trip to Machu Picchu
Also on check out we asked the lady for any snacks and she prepared delicious sandwiches for a very reasonably price
The WiFi was on/off
