Ideally situated to enjoy all that Bournemouth has to offer

Overall a good stay (but could of been quieter)

The location of the apartment was good for accessing the beach and town, a 10 minute walk to either. The facilities in the apartment were great. The manager Ramon was very friendly and helpful.

There was a a constant sewage smell coming from the en-suite toilet. The noise was particularly bad coming from the self catering place nextdoor, It appeared to be a hostel type place with groups of deprivates congregating at all hours of the day and night making lots of noise and the constant smell of weed was horrendous. Also there was lots of noise from the hotel opposite too so we had very little sleep during our 7 nights stay. A car parked on the road outside our apartment had it’s windows smashed at 6am the day we were leaving. Based on all of the above mentioned events unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Fanastically located base to explore Bournemouth from

We stayed over the May bank holiday weekend and the weather was fantastic We were a family of two adults and two children and there was plenty of space for us on the flat The flat was on the top floor so whilst the stairs are wide there are no lifts Location was prime - close to beach front and shops in town centre (but near in mind it is on top of a hill so walking back can be more treacherous at the end of a long day) Parking for one car is in front area by permit Plenty of taxis and buses not far from the flat but we managed to get to most places by foot Good free wi-fi in flat is included There is a Nisa local convenience store just around the corner which was well stocked with everything you would need There are so many good local restaurants to eat at we never strayed far. Pizza from local authentic restaurants were particularly good The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home including dishwasher, washing machine and iron. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided. Large TV with Netflix for the evenings as well as board games, DVDs and even magazines Tea and sugar are provided so you only need milk when you arrive. There is also a coffee machine with pods provided. Communication with the owners was great - they have a local agent who will meet you to hand over keys and parking permit. Whilst there is only one set that was fine as you don’t need the keys to lock up (doors close and lock behind you) There are two showers and although tightly spaced was clean and functional. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.

The only downside was the noise from the local hotels but that was due to its prime location and could not be helped on a Saturday night

Beautiful apartment close to the centre of town. Facilities were great.

It was a very cold weekend, and the lounge could have done with an extra little heater. If we had been staying longer we would have requested one.

Home away from Home!!!

The place was extremely clean with effort given to even decorating the place foe Christmas. The first day it was a bit chilly but that was changed immediately when reported.

cramped shower (I’m a big guy). Couldn’t fault other than that but the noisy hotel opposite guests were loud into the early hours.

Amazing short break!

We found the apartment extremely comfortable, clean, everything supplied and great location.

Couldn't always watch Netflix at night if other users were watching.

Location of Apartment was excellent. Apartment was modern and very clean.

One of the bedrooms had a drawer unit in the Wardrobe, the other didnt. There was nowhere to put small items of clothing, so had to leave them in the case.

Relaxing and comfortable! Best beds I’ve ever had in a holiday property!

The host was fantastic with communicating to us and was super fast at fixing the dishwasher for us!

Clean apartment. Tidy. Comfortable beds and duvet. Loved all the mirrors and tvs. Comfortable stay

Perfect location. Great apartment.

Deffo need bigger bathrooms, the toilet area was quite squishy. We realised at bath time that we really need a bath tub for our lil girl but that's our preference

Good communication from hosts. The apartment had all the facilities that you could want with a parking space a bonus. Good central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shops and transport links.

Fabulous apartment located close to the centre. Equipped and decorated to a high spec. Parking space at the property Good communication from hosts

Didn't realise it was 3 floors up . 38 steps to the top floor. AWFUL! My sister has bad knees and was severely restricted to the times she could leave the apartment. None of this was made clear on the site.

Lovely couple of days spent in a great property.

Communication was great with key holder. Location was good for sea front and shops. Property was lovely decorated and very comfortable. Up to date technology with even a remote for the lights!
