Good place to use as a base to explore the Blue Mountains.

Clean and well looked after. Suited our needs. Owner provided clear instructions on access and use of accommodation.

Access is via a narrow laneway to a steep driveway.

The house was equipped with everything you could need. It was very well priced and close to town

Getting to the property through the lane and tight driveway was not great. Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable

Quite gateway in the mountains

The house was fairly clean and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner gave us detailed instructions to find it as well as to check-in and it was greatly appreciated as the house was on an unpaved road and a bit difficult to locate.

Perfect for a family or a group of 4-5 friends.

Comfortable family home with all amenities provided, including appliances and kitchenware. You'll instantly feel at home in this well-equipped space. The location is ideal, with the main market street just a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy the added benefit of privacy in this standalone property.

Accessing the property via an unpaved lane is not ideal; you practically need an SUV to reach it. Entering and exiting the house has been quite inconvenient.

Cozy, clean and comfy!

Great central location, everything was close by! Beds were comfy. Bathroom was a good size and having a washing machine was a bonus. It had everything we needed.

Warm and clean. Close for driving to main shopping centre. Good communication to access property.

A bit tricky to find in the darkness of night for the first time especially with the unpaved road and no lights down the road.

Really homely and comfortable place, such thoughtful hosts who provided everything from slippers to cooking condiments. Great heating too made such a cosy winter holiday, thank you!

Compact but comfortable with lots of nice extra touches.

Lots of thoughtful touches. The level of equipment and utensils as well as the provision of basic food items was exceptional.

Room dimensions are quite tight. Not enough space in the bedrooms to open a full sized suitcase.

Small unit perfect for families - Clean, tidy with generous supplies when needed. Gas heater is super great - warm the whole unit up quickly once turned on.

Unpaved road on access to unit ? but we can't ask for more given price!

Very good

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy and nicely appointed and well-equipped unit. It is conveniently located close to the centre of Katoomba and just a short drive away from the main sights.

To get to the unit, you need to drive down a steep, narrow and unpaved lane, which was quite scary in driving rain. There is street parking nearby, though.

Wonderful base to enjoy all that the region has to offer.

Clean, spacious, generous supplies. Comfortable bed and very quiet area. very handy to Katoomba town centre and attractions.

Laneway was a bit daunting at first being overgrown and rough but I assume out of owner’s control.

Location was good. It was warm as it was so cold and rainy outside. Beds were comfy, good shower pressure

Would of been great to have a dryer as it rained all week. Coffee machine would be nice touch. driveway into property is not sealed

Punches above its weight

Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend in the Blue Mountains. Check in via coded front door was great!

Access a bit tight and dicey - lucky we had a 4wd.
