Incredible view from the terraces! The rooms were comfortable and the property was spacious. It was near many good restaurants and a small grocery store. The host was very communicative - she helped us to schedule a transfer, provided recommendations, and even left us a bottle of limoncello and some muffins at the start of our stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay!
This will be the case with almost anywhere in Positano, but there were many many stairs to/from the beach. Additionally, there were stairs from the property to the road, so you will need to carry your luggage down upon arrival and back up for departure.

Amazing view. Two separate outdoor balconies (one covered) were amazing and large. 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths made the Villa spacious for our family of 6. Nicely decorated and felt new/fresh. Close access to a little grocery store that has w everything you need, numerous very good restaurants within walking distance.
Entrance is a little funky to get to, sort of in a back alley. But that seems normal for Positano.

Location, villa well equipped, wonderful owner help
Shower downstairs does not work well. Doesn’t stay on hook. Light bulb out in bathroom. Hook on wall is loose and towel kept falling off.
It would be helpful to have a list telling how to use shower handles for hot/cold water. Also how to work stair lights. We were sorry to bother owner with these questions but if we had an explanation sheet we would not have had to ask and bother her. She was most accommodating.

The view is spectacular and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. This trip would not be as good if we didn’t have Villa EOS.

Stunning property, equipped with literally everything you need. So spacious and hosts are so great and assist with any request

The views are beautiful
The villa is a very long way up the hill. A taxi from the beach cost 30 euros.
The showers are very small and only 2 worked.
The bottom floor and bedroom had a very strong musty smell. I couldn’t have slept there.
There are no grocery stores in positano. While great to have a kitchen we couldn’t find any food to buy. Breakfast time we were all starving

the Villa was very nice and the view was amazing! we had a wonderful time here and Carolina was super!!
the furniture wasn't very comfortable and only a couple of couch seats in the living room- not enough for a family. also, the Villa is situated much higher up the hill than I had expected-it's almost at the very top and too many stairs to town.

The property was beautiful and the property manager was a lovely person who was so helpful in getting us settled in!
nothing. it was perfect.

The property had loads of rooms giving space to all travellers. It also had a magnificent view of Positano with multiple balconies to enjoy that from.
Stairs, stairs and more stairs. It was 616 stairs from the beach. To be fair, you don’t get this view without climbing up stairs!

Loved the location! Lots of stairs which was expected when staying in Positano, but it was very nice, centrally located within a 10 min walk to pretty much anywhere in the town. Located right next to Hotel Franco, this location had the most amazing views of Positano. 3 floor villa with 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms had a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom had 1 double bed. We were a group of 6 ladies and this was a perfect size villa for us.

The property is well situated close to a grocery store and stairs down to the city center.

Beautifully decorated and had so many amenities.
Not much … steps are to be expected in Positano!

The location is perfect, 20 min walk to town or the beach and the view is amazing. Carolina and Silvia were super hospitable and helped to arrange for car parking even baked a lemon cake for us upon arrival.

Carolina met us with the keys with a cake, bottle of limonciello, strawberries and candies. She was so warm and amazing. She provided outstanding restaurant recommendations. She took care of us by calling us a car to take us to Pompei and then Naples. The house is amazing. A true gem and value for the money.
Nothing. Mind blown.

The villa had a great location and it was cozy and clean inside. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and having wine or coffee there is an experience to remember. The host, Carolina, was very nice and helpful.
Parking in the paid parking spaces (70 EUR/night) there is quite risky - our car was parked in a way that it got very damaged from one side. We were lucky to have full coverage insurance on the car we rented. I definitely recommed to park your car by the road in the upper side of the town (3 EUR/hour) in the blue zone.

Great villa with all the facilities you need. Great view, good location (be prepared to climb some stairs, as it is normal in Positano), clean and comfy. Moreover you get a bathrobe and flip flops.

Clean , spacious , fully equipped
Too many stairs. from the entrance to the street you have to climb 82 steps.
Not suitable at all for elderly or handicapped people.

Location is fantastic, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, all perfectly clean, strong wifi, beautiful terrace, friendly host, little shop and good restaurants nearby,
Lots of stairs (3 floors in the house) but in Positano that is the case everywhere :). Bathrooms were a bit cold (no heating) in April, rest of the house was perfect.

The property was spotless, close to the beach and Carolina the host was such a sweet lady.

The views are stunning and everything was perfectly equipped.

The Property was exceptional, very clean and tidy. Our host was very kind and alert to any need we had, she helped us a lot throughout our stay. The view was great, each floor has a view and it looks like a wallpaper.
The Villa looks much bigger in person. We will definitely go back.

Gorgeous location at the top of the town, giving amazing views of Positano and the coast from all balconies. Great space.
Walk down and up from town was great - approximately 730 steps, or the easier route by the road. Good for fitness.
10.0
Huge house, big balconies, amazing views, easy access to restaurants.
Everything was great. Not sure if the house has hot water, but didn’t matter for us. Be prepared to walk down/up stairs to go into town or the beach. If you have a little one, consider bringing a backpack.

Everything we needed for our vacation was in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Carolina (the host) was awesome with any questions we had or helping us plan excursions and she even set up our transfer to the airport. She had milk, juice and snacks already waiting for us and a cute bear and personalized Positano sail boat for our 4yr old daughter.
The pillows were a little hard but it’s difficult finding pillows that even one likes.
