Het bevindt zich wel in een levendige buurt,maar op de foto’s ziet het er beter uit dan in werkelijkheid.

Ligt redelijk centraal en veel winkels in de buurt . Vriendelijke eigenaars.

Het is niet zo hygiënisch, bedden vuil aan de onderkant en schimmel op de muren van de slaapkamers. Ook veel nachtlawaai.

Being upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment ,very friendly, helpful staff .

Couldn't find a tin opener , would like 3 or 4 tea towels and also oven gloves included.

Great value for money for short stay.

Convenience of public transport and closeness to city center made it easy to move around to places of my interest. Availability of shops in the areas made it easy to get supplies I needed.

General neighborhood conditions were not the best if one is to stay for long. If one is sensitive to noise, it can be a bit too much from the main road.

Great stay for a family of 5 - we highly recommend!

Able to find a large space for a family of 5. It's in an amazing location, parking closeby, very clean and cared for and washing and drying facilities that were really needed!

We are generally fiinding the UK expensive for accomodation, however at least this apartment was one of the few we've stayed in that felt like it was worth paying that little bit extra.

The property is clean and spacious, equipped with the necessities, located in a great location with a great host.

Great location, clean and spacious. Many eateries and groceries shops. Walking distance to University of Manchester or can take bus just opposite the property. Parking provided by the host

Catching up with friends.

Appartment 6 was recently refurbished. It was clean. The host was friendly and the communication was excellent before arrival to handover. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, clothes shops etc just outside the appartment. Beds were comfortable. Free parking is available at a very short distance. (It is pay parking but host arranges and pays for it).

There is only one bathroom, kitchen has dining table with chairs but no separate seating area. There is significant noise at night from the traffic on road. There are too many beds in the rooms. I think they can consider reducing number of beds and replacing with comfy chairs. It is more of student/young group accomodation. There is no air-condition but fan are available in every room.

good for what we needed

in a good location to the city, windows could do with being changed to block out the evening drivers going up and down the streets in the sports cars and horns beeping

Disappointing

It was close to the sporting event we were attending.

It didn’t have a lounge. Only 1 TV working. The water in the shower kept going red hot then freezing cold also the showers wasn’t very clean.

it’s an ok apartment. it’s not suitable for a family trip. group of men or women then yes I’m sure it would be ideal.

large bedrooms. bright. warm. comfortable beds. helpful host. parking included.

very noisy - both outside and in the other apartments. apartment door did not feel secure. floor wasn’t clean. no living area. one of the TVs was smashed and didn’t work. probably good for stag or hen dos but not suitable for family’s. car park didn’t feel safe. not a great place for kids to stay.

Value for money

Good location served very very well with busses. To Piccadilly every 6 mins or so. Comfy beds.

Shower was a nice size but there was no power from the shower at all, just a gentle trickle of water.

this property is managed extremely well, best location, superstore is just across the street, best Halal food restaurant

staff behaviour, they are extremely courteous and caring then the cleanliness, that’s exceptional and it’s location, close to city centre,university and the hospital, and the bus stop is just a few steps away! well furnished, you will find everything that you may need during your stay, inc crockery, utensils etc
