Boa mas poderia ser melhor.

Localização bem boa da acomodação, só meio difícil de achar no início

Chuveiro de pedras bem ruim quase nem saia água, estrutura do hotel parece uma casa de família meio abandonada… quarto muito muito escuro! nos perguntavam todo dia se poderíamos pagar sendo que a gente tinha combinado pagar no check out, extremante desconfortável!

Muito satisfatório!

Tudo ok, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, sempre tentando ajudar e fazer com q a estadia fosse satisfatória. Aluguei moto com o próprio funcionário. A instalação é bem como nas fotos, uma rua bem pequena que foge as ruas principais, o que foi ótimo q não tinha perturbação nem barulho para descansar depois de dias cansativos de turismo, bem central, localização Ótima!

O café da manhã não era tão cedo as vezes 9h q impossibilita de sair cedo para as atrações. É um pequeno vazamento no vaso sanitário, ficava fazendo barulho de água q não nos atrapalhou em nada.

Очень вежливый персонал, очень приятно. Отель чистый, уютный. Всего 4 комнат.

Араматизатор в туалете просто атас, будто газом пахнет. И соседские петухи 🐓 разбудили в 4 утра. Хозяевам как то надо решить с ними вопрос🙊

Fine but below expectations

Great location, friendly staff, pretty nice room

A number of minor shortcomings, but together they do matter especially for a longer stay - The room wasn't cleaned daily, although this was possible on request. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. - The breakfast was quite limited, and our orders got mixed up the first day. - The owners use the pool themselves with small kids which can be irritating when the room and patio is directly facing the pool. - Payment by card is charged extra 3% (which did not happen in any other Bali accommodations we stayed in) - We had a problem with a broken lock in the wardrobe which could not open after we put our things inside, the locker should have been replaced before our stay. Our stay was OK but we expected more based on the high reviews of the property, especially in comparison to the other places we stayed at in Bali.

Our stay at Dewi Putri House was amazing! 1) It's a great location in Ubud, in the heart of the city. We were close to many of the city's attractions along with restaurants, spas, shops, and large markets. 2) The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful! 3) The room was clean, modern, and spacious. We ate breakfast every morning on the deck. 4) Breakfast was included. While it's not a huge variety to choose from (which I wouldn't expect from an included homestay breakfast), the options they had were delicious. 5) The price is extremely reasonable for what you are getting. 6) This place is a gem and we loved it! I would highly recommend it!

A very affordable, comfortable stay in the centre of town.

The location of Dewi Putri in the centre of town made it easy to access shops and restaurants. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pool was lovely.

Worth for budget stay in Ubud for a few days.

Room is quite new and large with sufficient facilities inside. Overall place is good for budget traveler. Location is good not far from Ubud Market and Ubud Palace within several minutes walk which is very good.

The car cannot enter inside the property, we have to walk with our luggage to reach the place although it is not too far. It is quite dark in the lane when you walk at night and the traffic in the road in front of the place is very jam. Omelet for breakfast is too salty.

Ubud accomodation experience

The room was spacious and clean. The accomodation was very close centre. The swimming pool was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entrance of the hotel was not clean. The accomodation should have provided with atleast 2 bottles of water each day. The towels should have been changed everyday. There was a bad smell of drain in the shower. The shower consisted of pebbles which was not comfortable to stand and have shower. We also noticed egg shell on our omelette which was not pleasant.

Lovrly stay and woulf come back again.

location was great and very quiet. pool was excellent and breakfast was tasty with option of eggs, pancake or fresh fruit and fresh juice.

Bed was too hard with wide wooden edge on the bed making it difficult to get in and out of.

Great Stay

Location is in the center of Ubud close to restaurants and bars. The family and staff who runs the house were amazing having fresh breakfast and room cleaned daily. Highly recommend

Overall i enjoyed staying there. But they need to look into the above suggestions

1:- there is nothing wrong in taking commission for any kind of booking done for the customer but be sure that the customer doesn’t come to know about it 😳 like it can be 5-10% that’s ok but NOT 33%. That’s a Big chunk u extract out of the deal . Even ppl who r doing the ‘Job’ will not earn so much out of it. The attitude/dealing of the Owner is very different i.e when u come & when u leave. They r very cooperative & will do anything to please u. On leaving they turn a Blank/non concern attitude towards u. They don’t know ☝️ things that we (i) didn’t chose ur property due to ur rates only BUT DUE TO THE REVIEWS OF THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS. They don’t know that SOCIAL MEDIA is so strong that negative posting on WhatsApp & instagram can play such a role that their reputation can be damaged.

1:- Something very Important Hey r concerned about breakfast & cleanliness Only. Even if u have the m.number of the owner he doesn’t access ur msg’s & even calls. They have to understand ☝️ thing that we r Tourist’s from different countries. We don’t know anything about local system. There can be any kind of emergency like medical , we don’t know what to do & whom to contact. So u should have a Helpful Hand 24/7. We even can need to get something from the market like any needful thing , dinner etc (u can even charge something extra for it). Think about it it’s a Good & farsighted suggestion. 2. Ther should be a kettle in every room, it’s customary in any kind of hotel big or small.
